How to test the voltage on a mod?

You should set the voltage to like 20 I believe if not try the 200 until you get a reading. The red to the center of the mod well where the atty goes in and the black to the outside of the well or body until you get the reading. If not, I believe Ikenvape or Digitalciggz has a picture on their site for checking this and instructions under the multimeter selection.

I agree with JWebb about the assembled voltage display from madvapes, if your mod is 510. The great thing about this is that you can screw it into your mod, then screw on an atty/carto into it and see what the voltage is under the load of your atty/carto. Measuring a battery without the load of the atty/carto may not be the same voltage you're actually vaping at.

Plus with the assembled voltage display, you don't run the risk of your probe slipping off the positive of the battery connector and accidentally shorting it to the negative.
