Hi everyone. I just wanted to stop in and say hello and to address some of your issues.
Currently, we are a 3 person operation. Our office helper has been promoted to juicer. He filled orders on Friday and did great! He sits 2 feet from Chris and does everything exactly the same (that is why he's slow right now LOL). We are then hiring another office helper in the next 2 weeks. Having an interview either this week or next.
Jennifer is the only customer service person. She also stickers and ships everything. She handles all order mistakes, order replacements, etc. Right now, due to the high order volume (about 100 orders a day of 1 to 30+ bottles each) customer service has been delayed. As we catch up on orders, this is going to improve. Also, the new staff member we are about to hire will allow her to keep a better watch on the customer service, too!!
We are growing faster than ever expected. This is astounding. We are having major growing pains, but are working hard to recover and improve as fast as possible so we can be around for a long time.

Howdy Vapers! ATTENTION: We will be closed Monday, Nov 19 at 12:00 AM CST until Cyber Monday, Nov 26 at 12:00 AM CST in order to catch up orders and train our 2nd juicer. We feel this will allow us to serve our customers better! We will re-open with FASTER processing times. We've been pondering this for a while because we really want to give you the best customer experience possible. This will allow us to get back to faster times and to guarantee holiday delivery, too!

We will be open again on Monday, Nov 26 at 12 AM and will probably be having a sale (aren't 100% sure about the discount yet). We will have faster shipping times and will be on track to be better than ever. One thing that we can say at least is that the quality of our juice has and never will change. Customer satisfaction is our main goal!! We care deeply about every customer. We do tend to take every negative comment we see personally, but we understand frustrations about our wait time. We promise that we are improving this and working every single waking moment to improve wait times!!! We will be working every moment during the week and Jennifer will be available on email.
