No vapemail today. I am seriously getting annoyed, I got a processing email on the 31st and nothing since!

I sympathize. I'm sorry kalebk07. I got the processing email the day I placed the order, and then... nothing. But I understand that they're probably under loads of orders... and training a new juicemixmaster is probably eating into their production time, as well.

I understand that but I have never had it take this long (nearly a month) for 1 bottle of juice!

I checked my order status changed "shippied" around 2 weeks ago, but never received shipping info or tracking #.

It's been over a MONTH since I have ordered and there's no response for homepage ticket, email and phone call.

I could have only automatic reply for refunding. I ordered around $100 worth of their juices. I don't want to refund!!!!

No more ordering from them, 3 weeks to get a juice ? Would take less time if I ordered from China.

But juice from china isn't handmade, made of trustable us sources, come in legit organic if needed, and full customization.
They just hired a second juicer and are getting bigger space.
They simply got too popular and too big too fast. Just order ahead of time, because the wait time is worth it.
They even swap out of the juice taste isn't your liking...
I love vapedudes and haven't gone anywhere else, nor will I.

i agree with the plus side of the vape dudes juices. i think the frustration is coming from a communication standpoint. even if you had someone come in just to respond to emails would have been a good bet. i love the juice, but i can also understand some of the frustrations.

Geez what kind of logic is that, it's like saying whoah 6 months wait for a Ferrari? No more Ferrari's for me, I'll go and get myself a Corolla!

I just keep my Ferraris in stock, and no issues. Always think ahead cause you can't really walk in and get quality juice MOST places. (Some if you are fortunate enough to have good stores in your area.. Good for you :(. )
Vapedudes juice is great.

Let me Add I got 2 tuff tanks today, and pumpkin pie and mtn dude (mountain dew)and they are spot on.
No leaks from tanks and have set them all over different ways.
Great Ferrari!

They need a hardware only guy so to help move hardware orders through processing when they don't need to wait for juice.
They are closing soon for a day to catch up and re opening a day later I think
they are closing Monday, Nov 19 at 12:00 AM CST until Cyber Monday, Nov 26 at 12:00 AM CST so they can catch up and start fresh .

Hi everyone. I just wanted to stop in and say hello and to address some of your issues.

Currently, we are a 3 person operation. Our office helper has been promoted to juicer. He filled orders on Friday and did great! He sits 2 feet from Chris and does everything exactly the same (that is why he's slow right now LOL). We are then hiring another office helper in the next 2 weeks. Having an interview either this week or next.

Jennifer is the only customer service person. She also stickers and ships everything. She handles all order mistakes, order replacements, etc. Right now, due to the high order volume (about 100 orders a day of 1 to 30+ bottles each) customer service has been delayed. As we catch up on orders, this is going to improve. Also, the new staff member we are about to hire will allow her to keep a better watch on the customer service, too!!

We are growing faster than ever expected. This is astounding. We are having major growing pains, but are working hard to recover and improve as fast as possible so we can be around for a long time.

Howdy Vapers! ATTENTION: We will be closed Monday, Nov 19 at 12:00 AM CST until Cyber Monday, Nov 26 at 12:00 AM CST in order to catch up orders and train our 2nd juicer. We feel this will allow us to serve our customers better! We will re-open with FASTER processing times. We've been pondering this for a while because we really want to give you the best customer experience possible. This will allow us to get back to faster times and to guarantee holiday delivery, too! :) As an aside, we just debuted our new holiday flavors - please check them out in the New Flavors section of the site. We will be open again on Monday, Nov 26 at 12 AM and will probably be having a sale (aren't 100% sure about the discount yet). We will have faster shipping times and will be on track to be better than ever. One thing that we can say at least is that the quality of our juice has and never will change. Customer satisfaction is our main goal!! We care deeply about every customer. We do tend to take every negative comment we see personally, but we understand frustrations about our wait time. We promise that we are improving this and working every single waking moment to improve wait times!!! We will be working every moment during the week and Jennifer will be available on email.

aside from shipping times.... i am soooo excited to try your stuff guys! i placed my order a few days ago for blue honey, strawberry shortcake, RB dude, cool melon, and some grand prairie. It shows my order as processing. I have heard so many good things about your juice that i couldn't pass it up!

I personally think you guys are doing an excellent job. A business that is successful will always go through growing pains. You guys have awesome discounts and coupon codes AND to top it off you produce great product.. Although, i haven't tasted yet, the hundreds of reviews couldn't be lying to me. So i say keep it up! Looking forward to tasting all your stuff.
