The circumstances that are behind the delays have been thoroughly covered many, many times... Anyone that isn't understanding of them and the situation are just simply being childish and selfish.

Before it all hit the fan, the service and ship times were what should be expected... once CarbonThief is able to get caught back up from the issues that caused all of this... they will again be just fine. If saying that makes me a shill... then so be it...

Instead of responding to everyone's little attack on me, I'll just make a statement. I've seen this before and have seen where it heads and it's never good. I'm trying to jar something out of this outfit and using this forum to do it because I can't get a response out of them. I've seen the sick excuse used a couple times in the past and it was always followed by a disaster. If you guys want, I can tell one of the incidents, but I won't here, except for the fact that they were both from well respected and "good guys" that everyone thought well of and they ended up screwing people from as far away as Australia... a buyer group that lost over $25,000.

Being sick and making a good story of it is a great way to get sympathy out of others while the rug is being pulled out from underneath.

I started with a friendly note to this company on their website. No response. I posted a note on this forum about has anyone heard from this company. Someone responded that the owner was sick but is getting product out. A week later I start posting complaints. I think it's fair to start yelling at this point. If other member don't like it I'm sorry but it's my right to do what I can to find out what happened to my hard earned money.

1. I believe the lab personal is the owner, Clay. When he opened his doors for business, as I believe it's common knowledge to most old timers here, it was a small family enterprise, similar in a way to HHV.

2. "We" refers to the family. May I imply a single family unit, as in husband & wife. (Who btw, may still have had other jobs we have no knowledge of.) I personally have no knowledge of anyone else helping them.

3. Hopefully, as soon as he/they are able. Granted, some communication would be helpful - that is why many of us are concerned. We know Carbon from before he opened up for business and count him as a friend. That he hasn't replied after just getting out of the hospital is not a good omen. We would surely not want him to suffer a relapse - let alone loosing some outstanding NETs!

Your point would be well taken if I called anyone names. On the contrary, I've had names flung at me. Please quote to me where I violated forum rules and I'll correct it. Otherwise, I would request you to direct you warnings to those deserving of such.

May I refer you to Rdsok post above? No need to correct it, Mods have done that for you.

To clear the air. I apologize if I posted anything that offended others as it did get a little heated. I still stand by my viewpoint of the topic but not to others that were offended. Peace:)

Really? So let's get this right. You buy an item with the agreement that you'll get it no later than two weeks and after you make the order, you never hear from them again. No return of emails no communication of any kind just silence. You're ok with that? Would you be ok with that for six months? When I sell stuff on eBay, if I haven't printed the shipping label the same day I get the order, I failed. And if I don't have it in the shippers hands by no later than the next day, I email my customers and apologize for the delay. All I want from this guy is a communication. That's it! If you think I'm asking to much, let me know.
Basically yes. I didn't have a problem with it. But it seems you do.
Different strokes for different folks.

I will add that I am seriously worried about Clay. Dude could be DEAD. No foolin'. Those of us that knew him as a NETizen well before undertaking a small business know him as an honest, thoughtful, kind man. I am really worried about him well beyond any business or personal vaping needs. Something may be very wrong with him personally. Flat out, point blank, there is ZERO chance the guy is a crook and he is far from incompetent or inconsiderate, so there is just cause to be really worried if one cares about the sanctity of human life, let alone know him as man and friend. Man, I hope he is OK.

It's kind of funny that I found NETCOM because I was frustrated w/ the current juice provider I have. The current provider's juice is highly inconsistent between batches and I got sick of rolling the dice every time I placed an order only to come across poor Clay in his predicament. God forbid you ever go into business making your own juice and end up having me as a customer as I seem to be bad luck for juice vendors.

I do have to admit that I am still frustrated w/ the lack of communication but of course all of this is understandable and forgiven if it is a result of health issues. But until we find out the actual cause of delay, which we may never find out, I am a little frustrated.

I tried to intimate it BJ...in a nice way. Some need to be hit in the head with a 2 x 4 I guess.

I've known Clay since he first got active on ECF...way before he started NETCOM. I know what his illness is. Let's just say it is very serious. As I have said, I'd rather be the guy who placed an order and haven't yet received it than to be Clay.

I have been worrying about Clay for a long time...even more lately. Yes, I have tried contacting Clay several times myself. Nothing. Get him in your prayers if you are of faith. He's a very fine man.

Refer to me as a "shill" if you must, but I am happily vaping my Balkan, Black Cav, and Bombay that I received after a long wait time myself. I echo the words of BigJuicy and confirm the integrity of Clay, and his products, and also wish him a speedy recovery. I will continue to place my orders with him as his juices are the BEST nets I have found.

And let me clarify one more time. NETCOM IS Clay. Period. His ex-wife, Monica is his business partner. He has no chemists. No blenders. No HR people. Nothing. It's just Clay and Monica. Period. End of story. Monica was never ECF or website savvy to my knowledge. All public announcements were through Clay. I know Monica helps mix orders and probably does the books and other supportive details and it wouldn't surprise me if she is the one getting the orders in the mail...the few we have seen. Clay has two children.

So I will say it again...think before you disparage this man. Don't regret saying something you cannot take back.

Ok

My problem is I have been trying to contact via email and phone for 2 weeks
I get nothing but voicemail is full and no return email

I would think something may have happened and that is why
just based on so many who say he is a stand up guy

but just last week someone posted he got confirmation his order just went out
so there is activity

I have no problem having compassion
he is a one man show going through some things
I even said in my email to him I don't mind if you tell me the order is still going to yet be another month

I just want some kind of confirmation that something is going to happen sometime
that my order is not lost in space

I am in buis as a sole proprietor myself and completely understand things happen
I don't have a problem waiting
but the not returning emails or inquiries
that is not right, If I ever did that to my clients they would have my head

again I would understand if something happened but why is it then
some would get their order shipped last week

Planes, that molecular biologist that Clay refers to? That's him! Clay!

Let me put this scenario in your heads folks. Clay could be 100% incapacitated. His part time business partner has no idea how to get on ECF or his website or anything of the sort. She's not even running the business or has little interest in it other than maybe mixing some orders. She is a business partner by marriage.

Get the picture now?

If you don't want to risk your money then do not place an order with NETCOM until you know more. If you already placed an order, expect it to arrive 1 - 2 months if at all. Deal with it!

ow much simpler can it be?
