Hey guys. Found this forum after scouring the web in almost every other place to bring myself up to speed.

I have smoked Marlboro Reds for 8-10 years off and on between failed quitting attempts. I got into vaping form reading on another non related forum about it. I bought a start kit for a base analog style/size replacement kit from a vendor from Hawaii (since we are on low post count and I read how post count = rights to post) I would hate to get flagged for a TOS violation until I realize what I can say or not (ie specific vendors).

Anyways stopped smoking analogs Dec 22, yesterday I had my first analog with a friend just to see if I still liked it, and let me tell you I actually like vaping more. So after only two weeks or so, I have ordered my next set up. Everything form bigger battery (manual button oh hells yeah), tanks, clearomizers and eJuices etc...

I also got juice in lower and no nicotine versions (in identical flavors) to see if I can tell a difference in taste, I have a lower nicotine carto now and am fine with it. Would love to get off Nicotine fully (as nicotine isn't a carcinogen, the addiction sucks and the whole heart disease thing it promotes)...

Welcome heinzanova. Consuming caffeine does the same to you as consuming nicotine. If you're going to give up one over your concerns, then you have to give up both. Congrats on making the switch to ecigs.

To each their own... wonder if any of the coffee flavor juices have any caffeine or caffeine options... two fixes one hit.

Congrats! Welcome to ECF. I didn't believe e-cigs would work either until I tried them myself...it took me about 6 months to fork over the $60 for a starter kit. If you need any advice just ask and you'll get plenty of good suggestions here.

One suggestion right now: get on a few vendors mailing list to get discount codes, you'll save alot of $
