OK so my husband dropped his kangertech top box mi I and shattered the glass on his tank.. While its been replaced with a kangertech replacement glass for top box mini.. It spins freely meaning I can tighten it down and I can turn the glass piece in the middle.. I have the same set up with original glass but mines solid I cannot turn it unless I loosen the caps is there anyway I camn fix the issue?

howdy - are both of the silicone seal rings intact on the tank? those should hold the glass in place from spinning

It only takes a Very Small variation in size for a Replacement Glass to be Too Loose. Or Too Tight.

For Glass that is Too Loose, you can Usual fix it by putting a piece Coil Wire in the O-Ring groove. And then put the O-Ring over it.

Both o rings are intact. O rings are still new as well he has had the whole setup only like a month the I did invest in a couple cape bands in hope to keep him from shattering the tank again. I will try the coil tho I did not think of that
