I just had to post this. Today my hubby went to the doctor for pain in his neck and shoulders, due to a military service related injury/disability. He opted to see the new nurse practitioner to shorten his wait time. She took his vitals and listened to his lungs etc. She then said, "You've never smoked have you?" He then proceeded to tell her he had smoked over 2 packs a day for close to 40 years but quit in April. He said she backed up and gave him a confused look and told him she would never have guessed it by the sound of his breathing and lung capacity. Before we started vaping back in April, he had a horrible wheeze all the time. I'd lay my head on his chest at night and his bronchial tubes whistled on every inhale and exhale and he would awaken many nights coughing up a lung.
The only bad thing about today is, he didn't tell her how he quit and what he was using. He just felt too bad to go into details.
I'm thrilled to hear such a good report from someone in the medical profession. I knew our health had improved since we started this venture but it's really nice to have it confirmed.
