i would happily use a regular tank.. but I don't have any LOLOL
I won the atlantis when I won the panzer and my other tanks (dark horse and haze) both require bulding coils.. whichI do know how to do but I prefer not to have to :)

I'm starting to get that way myself. As much as I love my "gennies", there's definitely something to be said for dropping a "premade" into the tank and you're off and running.

What don't you like about it? I am a fan of them. I don't have any of the fancier temp control mods to compare to though.

I can't seem to get a consistently good vape out of it. It'll be great for maybe a day, maybe just a smidge more... then it just kinda dies away, not much vapor or flavor. I'm sure it's because the juice I use is a big (massive) gunker, but kanthal handles it fine; I dry burn every few days and rewick, and bang, I'm back in business. With the Ti1, it seems I'd have to totally recoil it every day, and that's just not cost effective, for the price of titanium wire. And to be honest, even when it's vaping great, the flavor is just not as good as my regular kanthal builds.

I get a good vape with my subtanks on it but struggled with the ego one mega with both ni and ti heads. I use thick VG juice but generally lighter colors that don't gunk up too bad. I can certainly understand not wanting to rebuild/change out coils every day I'm fairly lazy about changing out coils, mine have to get pretty bad before I make a change but I think my taste buds are a bit weak so I don't notice minor variations in flavor much.

I have the same issue. I like using the RBA in my subtanks but usually if I need to change out the coil I'll end up going back to the premade coils for a few weeks before I get motivated to make a new build.

Here's my white and blue, I need to figure out which disrupter colors would match up well with it....

I don't know about titanium, since I have only used nickel coils, but I have found that the lower ohm coils seems to work better (comparing 0.25 versus 0.15 ohm coils).

Geez... ten pages in 3 hours. Mostly filled with trolls and other nonsense. My suggestion for those just tuning in is to just start with the current page. A much better discussion...

haha I try to stay somewhat on topic but it is so easy to get sidetracked in these fast moving threads.

I do product design so I love all these new mods that are putting some effort into making them look good. The speed racer style is eye catching but almost too much so, I actually think it looks better with the silicon sleeve on it to tone it down a bit.

I really like wood grain style mods, I'd love to see the disrupter in a few wood grain looks. The problem is getting a tank to match the wood grain.

I've got one last test I'm going to try with it. I've never liked dual coils, because it's too hot and needs too much airflow for MtL; I have a Veritas, which I've tried before with a single coil, but never with a dual coil build. Since I can control the temperature, and keep the airflow down to what I like, I thought I'd try out dual coils with the Evic and see how that vapes. It would also help me keep the ohms low without having to make the coils so skimpy.

I'm hoping someone will make a large-print mod for those of us who need them. :D

The Disrupter has a nice, big screen. Makes me sooooo happy. I can actually read all of the information on it! :D

Yeah, $$$ every couple days, 1 out of 3 DOA...
;)
Personally,
I got into buying specific gear so I can break the chains tethering me to a vape store.
I won't buy an atomizer that doesn't have at least the option of building my own coils.

I want add again, as a vaper that generally doesn't like regulated devices, the disrupter has been in constant use since it arrived.
It fires every atty I've tried, and hits like George Foreman.

And either I need some new 18650 batteries or the 2000mah rating on the inmokincell is conservative.
This thing outlasts any 18650 I've ever owned.

I really like bvc coils, im scared to go back to bdc. I was thinking about trying the isub as well though. So i guess is between the isub, Nautilus, and Atlantis but the drip tip on the Atlantis looks intimidating.
You can change that drip tip to any one you like. It is still standard size. The Atlantis 2, however, has a wider tip but you can buy an adapter for that one. I am used to the tip on the Atlantis now and I actually like it wider like that. WAAAAYYY less juice condensation with the wider tip. :)
