I have always gotten a kick out of how a girl from the Philadelphia region, can sound like she was born in the south, lol. I am sorry tswizzle just needs to go away quickly and quietly. The industry as a whole needs to desperately move away from the autotune technology and get actual talent, not individuals who can be marketed to the mindless youth

During the 80's I was heavily into a mix of new wave and growing up in NY, freestyle club music. The problem with music today (i.e. Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, et al) is that they have no staying power. They become huge hits for one, maybe two albums tops and then fade away to obscurity. You won't see them release multi-platinum album after album over a 10 or 20 year period, or be able to fill an arena for a concert 20-30 years after they became a hit. Let's face it, no one is going to want to see Katy Perry perform when she is in her 50's and gravity has taken hold, or Justin Bieber with a receding hairline and a beer belly. Now compare their career with someone like Billy Joel, who has been performing for over 40 years and for the past year he has been performing sold out concerts every month at Madison Square Garden.

Lol..,I'll fess up....Jim and his brother (who play guitar and bass) were having a little jam session at our house one night. VH1 was doing some special on TV, and the guys were playing along. Mind you, both of them are die hard KISS, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest etc fans. On comes a promo for another special with a clip of the Bay City Rollers. Yes...We all started singing along. Takes me back to Friday nights at the roller rink.
This reminds me of Friday nights at the roller rink.

Come on peeps....fess up those guilty pleasure songs :p
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

Hmmm, guilty pleasure songs... probably anything by Sweet... Ballroom blitz, Little Willy, Fox on the Run, Love is like Oxygen. Saw them in concert in '78, opening for Bob Seger -- they were better, I thought, but there might have been some chemicals muddling my brain. :D

And anything and everything by Yes, though I have a special place in my heart for anything from The Yes album, Close to the Edge, 90125, Talk, or Magnification.

And pretty much anything and everything by Tull.

Hey, I appreciate Taylor Swift. Don't much care for her music, but she is one of the few that has kept her morals and remains a positive role model for her audience

Ditto that for Carrie Underwood. :thumb: She's got more class and talent than most of the rest of 'em put together.

Let us say there are 1500 active, of those, 250 to 300 do not care or don't even see the contest. Another 250 have no social media and did not pursue it further. There are at least 250 who do not use this type of mod, so they did not sign up. Of those left at least 25% of those are International members and a majority of those most likely did not enter. What does that leave, not many. My guess is that 500 or less entered.

OFC this was an actual scientific assessment!View attachment 479244

That qualifies you for...

I actually thought she did a really good job with Sound of Music Live.

I did too! I had to learn all that music in high school; school did the full musical, and I managed somehow to win a place as 3rd violin. I thought Carrie was FANTASTIC! And a hell of a lot better looking than Julie Andrews!

I had the biggest crush on Olivia Newton John when I was a teen because of the Xanadu movie.

Meant to reply to this earlier. I was never a Bay City Rollers fan, but my older sister loved them.

Hey ECF!

It's time for the final round guys.

Here's this rounds question:

What screen changes would you like to see for Innokin mods? Additions, removals, shape, color changes?

One post per person please, although you can include multiple ideas within said post!

There'll be a 10 winners of the ECF branded Disrupter & InnokinCell, available in any colour combination you wish and the winners will be announced on Monday 10th @ 17:00 EDT.

It's sad to see the Quick Fire questions come to a close, as I've really enjoyed doing these. Best of luck to you all!! :thumb:

As far as the screen goes, I don't need crazy information - I like knowing what my Watts/Volts setting and my resistance of my coil is at a quick glance. Colors - I would *LOVE* a gold battery with a black control module. I *AM* a Boilermaker :D
