I DIY my juice, my 400 ml I made 2 days ago of mine and my brothers favorite Strawberry Dragon Fruit Vanilla Cream vape has turned it's pale amber ready to vape color and is super smooth with a nice throat hit. My next favorite vanilla vape will be 2 days old today and probably be a nice mellow vape in 3 or 4 more days. Then my version of Mother's Milk I vowed to let steep until this contest is over is also on it's 2nd day but a drop on the finger today was tasting pretty good, a big difference from yesterday, so it is only getting better with age. I may not win a Disrupter but with 2 juices still steeping, a new mod arriving in vape mail tomorrow, a new flavor order on the way, my Birthday and a vacation in 2 weeks. I still have a lot to look forward to:D

Where do you get your supplies? I want to start DIY-ing. Although I found a juice supplier that is quite good for a great price. I feel DIY is the inevitable next step for me.

I have seen a Florida bear and 2 cubs driving through the Ocala national forest.
I saw a bobcat in my yard.and one of the park game cams caught one trying to mess with the camera... then a couple of months ago a bobcat kitten was found at a busy intersection 5 miles from my house. It just so happeNed it was a police officer who noticed her and knew she was not a regular kitten.
Really:w00t: You saw a bear driving, you should of gotten a video, I would of loved to seen that:lol: JK

I use TPA/TFA flavors mostly with a few exceptions. I order from 4 different vendors, my nic from RTS vapes and most of my flavors from MFS or directly from The Perfumers/Flavor Apprentice. Vg can be bought at Walmart and PG from your local feed store. The trick is to pick a couple of flavors of juice that you really like and look online for a recipe, then only buy what you need for those 2 recipes. As you get better at making those you can look for other recipes and even make up some of your own. I use E-Liquid Calculator and you can adapt the recipes there for your own base and preferences and save them to your page. My Nic is PG 60 mg, this easily makes my juice mixes at 50/50 or 60/40 Vg/Pg, so I actually use very little Pg you may just want to order a pint from RTS along with your Nicotine.

Thanks!

Yah I've been checking out the DIY section here but you keep mentioning some of the liquids you do and they sound so dang good!

I'm super picky with flavors so DIY sounds right up my ally.

Now if I can only convince my wife to let me invest in the ingredients! Lol.

Have you ever gotten your PG or VG off of amazon? I've been looking on there and it seems so dang cheap!

Yes, I've gotten the Essential Depot stuff through Amazon. It worked out cheaper than going to ED directly because of the free shipping on Amazon. If you're buying gallons at a time it may be cheaper directly from ED. But a quart of PG lasted me two years and I'm still using my first quart of VG.

I've seen PG at Tractor Supply but was scared to buy it. Is that what you use?

No I haven't but it should be ok, also you want some bottles and pipettes as the bottles from TPA don't have tips, I get the disposable pipettes. Start any new recipe making a small amount so you don't waste your supplies on a practice run. You should be able to get started for around $50 to $60 and that is with a 500 ml nic order from RTS for $30 and some 15 ml bottles of flavor. You can order everything from RTS vapes, $75 gets you free shipping. If you like Grants Vanilla Custard, it is real easy to make with 3 ingredients. 1 ingredient that will go into almost every recipe is Ethyl Maltol or you can use plain Cotton candy. If you need sweetener for a recipe you can buy liquid sucrose or stevia at the grocery store, but I don't use sweetener. Ethyl Maltol and the Vg are sufficiently sweet for me. You will also need syringes, without needles. My largest is 6 and smallest is 1.5, these are good for measuring and I got some really small plastic bowls with lids from Dollar General to pour out my vg, pg and nic to draw from when I am mixing. I write on the lid and bowl with a marker so I can store the leftovers and know what they are.

Yes and when I ran out of that I got some at the local feed store. We raise cattle and PG is used to treat ketosis which can sometimes occur with lactating cows. They are drenched (force fed) with the whole gallon jug. We don't raise dairy cows so have not had to use the pg on the cows but it's a good story at the feed store;)

Wow almost identical setup here!!! I use mostly TFA and get my PG from a farm store by a gallon and VG from Walmart. Cheap cheap. The only diff is I get my Nic and flavors mainly from Wizardlabs. I mix large batches of my favorite single-flavor juices, then use those alone or mix them together. Every time I order, I get the big bottles of my favorites, then add multiple 8ml samples of things I haven't tried. If I like something, I order the big bottle next time. You do end up wasting some money testing different flavors, but once you develop your set of favorites, this is extremely economical. Plus, you get to control every aspect of your juices and know exactly what's in them.

Me, too! I adore strawberry and have just discovered the pleasure of dragonfruit as well. I'd love to make a creamy combo of those two. :)
