You should understand that I was commenting on the integrity of people trying to scam Innokin and ECF.
I was referring to this exact quote:
"Just got word back from the ECF TEAM."
Which implies ECF team discovered the spam accounts.
So either
1. Someone misspoke and I'm mistaken based on the semantics of the text.
2. ECF has more access to the entry data than Innokin ( which is fine)
3. The scammers were discovered due to their ECF account information.
My first guess would be the simplest and most logical, thus, the question about pulling the trigger.

Hi, ECF setup the giveaway on upviral, and has sole access to it and all of the pertinent information. The spam accounts that were detected were simply email address, and names such as: XCJFSC@somerandomserver.com with a name like XCJFSC SSDJFF. Spam accounts like these lower the chance for real entrants grately unfortunately.
