Yes, im dual sometimes and solely vaping at times. But i noticed I get really sleepy the days I only vape. I yawn constantly. I also think I don't take deep enough breaths when only vaping and maybe that's why yawn. Wish I could kick them permanently but im doing better than I was I'm down to a few packs a week. And in vaping everyday vs once every few months. It's taken some time to find the right everything.

Count the cigs you do NOT smoke. Be proud of yourself I dual used in the beginning. I first found the disposable cigalike around June2013 and then in July2013 I found the ego t ce4 kit, but I was not satisfied with the first and the second time I could not get the things I needed regularly. Then, the third time was a charm in August2013 when I discovered online vendors. I dual used until October 20, 2013. The transition to only vaping can be hard to make.

That's like withdrawal.. . I still yawn 4 months after getting off pain meds from hip surgery .... I hate it .but I'm happy I'm off opiates!!

If you click reply on a particular post, it will automatically quote the original post you are replying to. If you click quote, it will add all the posts that you are quoting to your post (so you can insert multiple quotes). Basically, using the quote function, you can "reply" to several different posts from other board members all in one post.

No Worries you'll figure it out If you look at the bottom of someone's post you will see the words Like, Quote, Reply, and Top.
Like and Top are the easy ones, Top takes you to the Top of the page and you click Like if you Like what someone posted.
Reply is what I did here, it adds your post to my post and it sends you a notification that lets you know I replied to your post.
Quote is just like Reply, but you can click Quote on more then one post.
Once you click Quote you then go to the bottom of the thread where you can start a new post, on the bottom left side of that you will see it says insert Quotes.
You can click insert quotes and then add or delete the post you want to add to your post.
Did you get all of that LOL You'll catch on

Another thing if you want to make sure a certain person see's your Post you can type @ then that person's name like this @LoLoThatIsMe123
If you do that they should get a notification telling them you mentioned them in your post
