If it wasn't for the occasional deletion. I'd have like 100 of these.

Dang you email notifications!

*ding*
"Oh did I win?!"
"Dang!"
*ding*
"Oh how about now?!"
"Dang it!!!"

It's like self inflicted torture!

Did the odds of winning increase the more you posted? Is this the usual here? Am fairly a newbie.

No it is not unusual . . . More importantly, it all depends on the Contest and specifically the :rules: that the sponsor of the Contest stipulates such as one post per person or unlimited (which are the contest I never ever enter) . . . Or when there is a similar contest as ECF had for the 15th million post - where the more post you had the more likely it was that "Your's" would be the posted that hit that mark . . .However, the more common Contest here on ECF are the ones in which the sponsor limits the number of post allowed be it pre day or week or until the contest ends - so it can vary from contest to contest . . .

Just think of the logistics involved.
Every person that entered with their name and email address has to be issued a unique number. Once you do that you have to run your random number generator. Once the first fifty numbers are selected you have to go find the name attached to that number. Since earlier winner are excluded, somehow you have to cross check the provided email to see if it matches a ECF user. Now you have to see if that user has won. it gets harder as more winners are selected unless you reissue new numbers each round so you can put 1 to however many in the random number generator.

 ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

AND - As it has been mentioned in a previous post by @Innokin_Ash I believe - ECF is running and in control of the "UpViral" potion of this contest . . . Also if I remember correctly, they are waiting for the ECF person who they are working with directly too . . .

NOW . . . IMO - Yes, "My" Personal Opinion and as someone who is a "Contest Junkie" and "Contest Helper" for a couple of Vendors here on ECF . . . I would like to suggest very strongly that - A REALITY CHECK IS REALLY NEEDED HERE . . .

After over 4 years of being here on ECF I know for a fact that . . . No Matter What the :rules: State and No Matter How Much a Sponsor spells out the :rules: so everyone will understand what is expected of them to enter the contest . . . There are those who do not follow those :rules: . . . Those who will take exception to having to follow the :rules: . . . Or even try to push the envelope to the nth degree to try and get over the other contestants and those who run the contest - just so that they can WIN . . . AND - Worse are those people who will always complain NO Matter What Happens and How Fair or Well the Contest Is Run . . .

The most important thing "We" all NEED to remember - Is that these contest are sponsored by Vendors/Suppliers/Manufacturers of course to promote their website or products, but more importantly they are giving "US" a chance to WIN something for nothing - "FREE" . . . And - for some of "Us" that means a lot, especially when "We" can not afford to just go out and purchase every new item that is thrown out on the market . . .

HEY - If this attitude continues Vendor/Suppliers/Manufacturers don't NEED to have Contest or continue to give away "Stuff" . . . Also - ECF could just ban contest all together . . . Which I for one would dislike and hate to see happen, but I wouldn't blame them if either of them did so . . . SO let's all give @innokin and the people running this contest a break . . . They will announce the Winners - When They Announce The WInners . . .

Once Again - It's "My" Personal Opinion and :2c: . . .;)

Wait until My Freedom Smokes runs one of their 40% off coils sales. They seem to run one of those every couple of months or so.

Umm 400 prizes is a pretty small price for the massive amount of advertising they got in return. Or are you saying they are just giving things away to be nice?
Sure they get some advertising but do you think they really need to-no absolutely not. And do you think they will do it again by the way some are acting-absolutely not!!!! Enough said...

Thanks innokin

I'm looking for a decent sub ohm tank that is kinda mini sized. Like the size of the lemo drop, which I had but did not care for. The billow V2 is nice and the Epoch D1 but they are just too tall for me so I am gonna sell them off I think. I love the Morph tank with all the adapters for the different coils and the RBA deck but again it's just so blasted tall. I may sell that one off too but it sure is nice having all those options. I keep thinking I will wait to see if they make a nano kit for it but I don't think they are going to.

Check out the Goblin Mini - it's a subohm with a purely rebuildable RBA dual-coil deck. It's a definite shortstack. Heard great things. Made by Youde.

The problem is all tanks are a bit on the tall side. If you are fine with building coils, you may want to consider a Gennie. My Gennie 2 clone is about half the height of my Triton or Starre Pro, and is just a little bit taller than a dripper, and still can hold 4 ml of juice.
