I cannot wait, I was looking at the istick tc but after using my disruptor it will definitely be Innokin!!! After all they have done here is the least I can do for them!!
With the Innokin TC you are stuck with their tanks. Instead of nickel or Ti, they have a temp probe in them. There are a few threads about them that popped up a few days ago. They do use the Innocell. If it was the standard resistance based TC, I would be all over it, but being limited to only their tanks is a huge disappointment.

I stick 40 TC has had some problems with jumping wattage in TC. I love my Sigelei 75 TC. Wow I had a lot of pages to catch up while I was at work. Apparently I fell asleep on the bus while Bamababe4ever was driving and we ended up at a Monster Truck Rally, or was I dreaming?:w00t:
I saw no names today so guess we can do it again tomorrow. Congrats again to all the winners:thumbs:

I think you need their proprietary tank to tc kanthal, but it has other modes for normal tc..... That would make the most sense

From what I read, they use different threading, non 510, and there is an extra contact for their temp sensor. Unless more info has come out, I was under the impression that it was tc only, and only with their tc tank.

This is a response Innokin to comments on their FB about the Temp Control Mod

The new Disrupter°TC is still in beta and will be upgraded after the feedback from ECC and Social media is collected. Also this new ATC system uses a new type of coil which is different from 510. As soon as we have more information about the launch date we will definitely let you know

Proprietary connection:censored:

Rumor of possible adapter.
Well, in Innokin's defense, they did say that they're not keeping the connection proprietary. I'm sure they understand the need to be able to have a choice. That said, it remains to be seen whether any other tank manufacturers such as Freemax, Smok, Kanger, Aspire, et al will be willing to adapt their tanks to be made available in the new connection.

Never mind, I'm on tight budget I can't be tied to buying $3/$5 coils each week that's why I didn't jump on the isubg, looks like a great tank but I need to be able to rebuild my coils or use the RBA section!! I can rebuild all of kangers coils and in my subtank I use the rba. Don't get me wrong I have not tried to rebuild innokins coils so maybe it can be done, but the initial upfront cost of coils to rebuild is tough to get past!! @Innokin_Ash we need a rba section for your tanks!!

FWIW, Innokin makes their iSub coils very affordable.....they retail for about $10 for a 5-pack. I haven't tried taking one apart to see how difficult it would be to rebuild though, so I don't know if it can be done.

I heard they had a 510 adaptor for it

Bulk buy is awesome.:thumb:
Now I strickly Build, even better.

I do understand where the Profit lies and Coils are not a very expensive investment for most people. Not compared to a PAD habit anyway.

They do, however, it will only work in power mode, not TC.
Well hopefully they will continue to hear us and add features before release.....it is pointless to advertise TC on any wire, but only if you use our coils :/
Innokin......enable tc modes with the adaptor....Ti mode, let us coilers have our fun

I don't like adapters. Just more contacts and more potential problems. Innokin has some really neat products, but I see their tc being a flop. If they were the first on the market, it might have taken off in a big way. But as it is, people already have tc mods and tanks and will want something that works with what they have.

The Disruptor is a great idea, battery packs that you can swap is great. But a temp probe for tc, I see it being a problem. Sensor gets gunked up, bad reading and possible injury. Of course, I haven't seen it up close and in person, so they may have covered that somehow.
