Wow, just had one heck of a Storm blow through. Rained so hard I could not see past the Porch.
That excitement is over so now on to the real Excitement - Awaiting the next List of Winners.

In the mean time I have a Lot of DIY to do today. Probably end up with 400-500ml at least for the Steeping Closet.
Supporting 3 Vapers takes a lot of work and supplies:(

Yours may be the exception to the battery sliding of too easy, I have to pop mine pretty hard to get it to slide off, I mean really hard she's on there good and snug

Do you think it would be too hard to remove the cell for someone with arthritis in their hands and wrists? It's one thing that makes me a little hesitant about the Disrupter. I would still like to win one though.

Again,,, Aw Hail YES! Lookie what just arrived here at Ft. Vape Kaintuckee,,,

Wasn't expecting it which actually made the Surprise and Elation better IMO.
Took the 13/9 RDA (0.44 ohm, dual 26 ga Kanthal build) off the Mech, loaded 'er up, set to 35W (for initial Test-Run), drenched it down in Mech Sauce Blue Tentacle, and lit the Fires (comes fully charged). Nice indeed.
Nifty, Capable & Impressive little Power-Plant here. Gonna LOVE this new addition to the Armory. Do a full Review after a few days but right out the Chute quite satisfied in Ergonomics, Aesthetics, Form, Fit, Function, ease of Use, Performance, all Facets. Gonna hit it the rest of the day here at work and judge Batt life/Longevity. Turned it up to 40W and she is Steaming right along nicely with good quality and quantity warm Vape. Just like the Doctor ordered.

 Thanks Much Innokin & ECF!

I have some problems (not really a problem but hard on my hands to remove) with mine right now, I am thinking/hoping it is because it is still new and I haven't been taking it off much only having the one cell.

That said, what I am doing right now when I do remove the cell is place it on the edge of the table, just the back part of the cell on it and push down on the device part, that helps slide it off without putting a lot of stress in my hands.

IMO - It would actually depend on the type of "Arthritis" and how bad . . . The one thing I've noticed is that while the "connection" between the Disrupter & Cell is quite good, it really does not take that much effort to separate them . . . Also - If need be, "You" could always place the Cell side on the edge of a table (or something similar) and then push down on the Disrupter side to separate/disconnect them . . . One other option is to "oil" the slides on both the Disrupter/Cell with maybe some "Noalox" and work it into the area a few times to prep it . . . Hope the information helps . . . ;)

LOL - We will have to carry this on some time in another thread.
I'm still not biting though since I only know of (2) functional power reductions. Linear(non-efficient) and PWM (High efficiency).
Sound, We are not talking Vinyl vs. Digital recordings,;) But I will agree Russian Tube amplifiers produce better sound.:D
Even Chinese tubes do ;)

After doing too much reading, I will retract the statement that dc to dc switch converts don't use pwm, because they are indeed calling it pwm on the supply side. But I will remain firm in my original point, that the output side, the side of most concern to us, is quite different, and you can't just say they are basically the same thing.... The difference is measurable, which a simple scope test shows. To the average user, they don't care how the signal is produced, just what it does on the user end, and a flat dc signal is better, to those able to discern the difference (some people think mp3 sounds great.......)
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

And then you have me in the good old US

This is also from Vape Prohibition Begins » VAPE ABOUT IT

Thanks to corrupt politicians lead by Mark Leno who is in the pockets of big pharma, vaping will now be categorized as a tobacco product in California.

Unless some miracle is to happen, SBX2 5 will pass, pending a final vote. The state which is home to the majority of leading e-liquid brands, mod manufacturers, and has the highest concentration of vape shops. Will now have to operate in a heavily regulated environment. In a state treats vaping the same as smoking a cigarette.

Within the same 24 hours that England`s health department has officially announced its full support for vaping as a safe method of smoking cessation. The corrupt, misinformed law makers in the state of California have agreed to prohibition.
That needs to be repeated…
The leading government health organization of AN ENTIRE COUNTRY has publicly stated it believes vaping to be 95% less harmful than smoking, and wants to offer vapor devices as a medical therapy.
While politicians in California just voted to categorize it as tobacco, which will cripple countless small businesses. A decision made on the misinformation and outright blatant lies of Mark Leno and his supporters.
So why did this happen?
Mark Leno can whine all he wants that “its about protecting children” and protecting public health. No, this comes down to two simple things:
The loss of taxes collected from cigarette sales by the state, and the loss of profits by big pharma slanging their ineffective cessation products.
Now because of government greed, and corporate greed small business owners will have to suffer. Entrepreneurs who risked their financial livelihoods will suffer, as will thousands of employees.
The final tally on the vote must be had, before it goes into effect. Not every senator was present during the hearing to cast their vote. But as it stands, the entire industry is about to be impacted and changed, and unfortunately not for the better.

They added this pic which seems appropriate

I like reading and watching the UK news because they don't hold back any punches when it comes to the USA
That is so frustrating!!! I am just appalled at the negative support from legislators. Washington State is facing the exact same thing. I send letters to legislators regularly and I know exactly who is anti-vaping and who is pro-vaping. Guess who gets my vote in the upcoming elections? I don't usually get involved in politics but this misinformation by our potential leaders is driving me crazy. I really hope something happens to turn that bill around in California. :(
