HUGE menthol batch - looking for input

ive used menthol (tfa 10% solution) before, and have used it up to 6% in a previous mix... i started at 3% and worked my way up, it seemd like it just started getting nastier.



fast forward 6 months into NOW. i placed an order for supplies to make a new HUGE batch of juice. here is what i was planning, from looking at multiple juice recipies.

480mls total
16mls of koolada to comeout at 3.33%
32mls of menthol for 6.66%.
and 16mls of Cottoncandy for 3.33%


im looking for an EXTREME cold, but at the same time tring to keep the percents low enough it dont start tasting horid

I make a menthol that puts Jack Frost out of business. Inawera Mix Mint with Wera Garden Menthol.

Just make sure the precise proportions work before you mix a huge batch, and double check your calcs.

I DIY for my parents (former Salem smokers). At first they always said, "Needs more menthol." This was with 10% of 10% menthol. Finally, I thought it was a crazy amount of menthol, but in 180ml batch, I just add a 10ml beaker of uncrushed menthol crystals. I also use 2 drops/10ml or 36drops (1%) of Koolada and TFA Black Honey @ 5%. They quit saying anything about more menthol, but jeebuz that's strong menthol. IcyHot strong!

I make a TFA "Fog Frost Ice" concoction that is my "sinus clearing" mint/menthol overload; I have made it many times. If you have the ingredients, give it a try!

This recipe is all VG other than what is in the nic I was using and in the flavorings. It comes out to 30PG/70VG/10mg nic. To make a 15ml sample, here is the recipe:

100mg PG nic 1.5 ml
VG 9.75 ml
3% TFA PG menthol .45 ml
3% TFA PG wintergreen .45 ml
3% TFA PG horehound .45 ml
3% TFA PG clove .45 ml
3% TFA PG koolada .45 ml
1% TFA PG cotton candy .15 ml
10% water 1.5 ml

-Interestingly, once I put these ingredient percentages into a 50/50 base, and the TH / heat is simply overbearing. This only works with high VG. Vapor production is insane with all VG and it is a MUCH better vaping experience. {I vape this with a bottom feeding Nimbus- dual coil, .82 ohm with rayon wicking @ 25 watts} -YMMV.

well, looking at the recipies you guys have posted, i think im in the safe range of flavoring.

my last attempt at menthol ruined the experience. like i said, i "think" i used to much menthol and it totaly threw off the flavor and started tasting acrid like burning hair.

I don't understand. Why would you make such a huge batch if your not absolutly sure it is a great recipe?

Go to wizardlabs...get the menthol crystals...mix 1:1 ratio in flask stir under hot water.......you'll have Halo's menthol ice
X3 within 3 min.
