It's funny how surprising some realizations are.

I've been well aware how my feeders have changed the way I vape. I've sold, given away, or packed away all of my other PVs now except a rough stack I carry while climbing comm towers just because it works and would be inexpensive to replace if I lost it. I'm down to just 4 PVs in use. My VVPV became a "desk mod" (I never carry it with me any more). My Rough Stack only gets used on climbing days. My REOs are by far my most used PVs.

That was all very obvious to me and I've commented on it more than a few times in various threads here on ECF. I appreciate the hassle reduction. What wasn't obvious to me is how much my REOs have changed how I interact with the vaping community and how I view other products.

Every so often, I need to go through my youtube subscriptions and clean out channels that have become irrelevant for whatever reason. Today, I removed every single e-cig reviewer, some of whom I've been subscribed to for two years or more. I haven't watched a review in a very long time. In fact, I don't think I've watched more than two since I got my VVW, and both of those I think were on the VVG. - When I thought about it, I realized I haven't visited the "reviews" section of ECF in months either. In fact, I've been skipping over conversations in the "APV" section that are discussing all sorts of product names I'm completely unfamiliar with. ----> A year ago, I could answer questions about pretty much everything on the market. If I didn't own it, hadn't used it, or hadn't watched/read every review about it, then it was likely a very rare item indeed.

I guess I'm not looking for anything any more. I must have found what I needed. Thanks, Rob. I appreciate it man.

Well said!!! And so true! I used to know all about all the new "stuff" coming out....I could answer any question on the newbie forum. I knew all the ins and outs and shortcuts and "fixes" for anything on the market at one time. THEN....I got a REO...then another. I finally just quit cruising the newbie forum and parked myself here. I go through the Classifieds now and I don't recognize 90% of everything being sold/traded. And.....what's more telling.....I don't care. I used to WANT to be a walking encyclopedia of vaping. Now I just want to be a contented vaper. Ruined by a REO. :)
