I think it means when it's open the IKV LR 1.8Ω io6 atomizer will be in stock.

I kinda figured that. It seemed to me to get this email now when I asked for back when the site was still open that it was an indication perhaps the the new site is getting more close to reopening. I barely remember asking for notification since it was a while ago.
