Where Can I Get A......? HV cartomizer

Is there such a thing as a high voltage cartomizer? I'm fairly certain that I read a post mentioning them, but I could be wrong. If they exist, could someone point me to a vendor or two?

Yes I had some delivered today from Cloud9. I am sure US suppliers must have them just not sure which.

Highest Ive seen is 3.4 ohms from Nhaler rest are 3.0 - 3.2
