I didn't see where to post this in the wellness forum, so I figured I would post it here, and if it needs to be moved, please help?
Today I went to get my teeth cleaned and my molding done for my whitening (my reward for quitting smoking). First of all, my hygenist started saying wow. She said it over and over, each time she probed my gums. When I could get in a word edgewise, I asked her if I was just better with the maintenance and she said absolutely not. She said "This is HEALING." Mind you, I only quit 5 weeks ago, so I am expecting even better results the next cleaning. So, since we need all the science we can get, I got her to print out my probe chart from my cleaning from last year, and the one from this year (I have had my teeth cleaned since, I just went somewhere else, which was a disaster and a long story). Anyway, anything that is 4 or above is bad (easy to see, in red). Everything else is good (in black, easy to see). Check it out. I am very excited, and everyone in the office was happy for me and really amazed at the results.
