I have been vaping for 3 week, and it has been tourture getting my stuff from my previous vendor. I heard good things about V4L, so I ordered a pretty Blue diamond battery and a couple of 5 packs of Smilin Special. I did this 3 days ago and I am sitting here vaping on my pretty battery with the carto I wanted. To compare, I got another package from my old vendor at the same time I recieved my V4L package today. It was supposed to be 3 5 packs of replacement cartos they were sending me because they had sent me the wrong ones. Guess what? They were the wrong ones too!
