I am STILL waiting for my Ego-T setup from China and trying to make do with my cigalikes. I have learned enough to know that the tank system is outmoded. I haven't even received my kit yet, and already outmoded. I then took heart in the fact that at least the batteries would be better, so I ordered 2 mini vivi novas. They have arrived, still no Ego batteries. Now I am being told that the mini vivis are no good and the attys burn up too fast. Sigh.

ya i am in the same boat kind of too. Tried the erolls and buggered them up by wrecking the atomizers when i tried to clean them, and am waiting on new ego system and some juice, and supplier ran out of nicotine lol. now waiting on that so order can be sent, so back to smoking cigs to get through...and man they taste so bad now....making my house stink, i can't believe i used to think this tasted/smelled good lol

Take what you are being told with a grain of salt. Trial and error is kind of the only way, with ecigs, to find out what you like best.

Imo, the mini vivi novas are pretty good. You might want to look into getting some wick and wire and learn to rebuild the heads. Check out some youtube videos on how to do it. It's really easy.

Good luck:)

Not sure who told you that. Maybe they were using knock-off VIVIs (ive had a couple) But my Vision Vivi Novas are champs. The only atty I wrecked was due to me dry burning to long and popping the coil. Ive had the same atty on mine for a while and I clean it every 2-3 days and change juices quite frequently. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed! Sorry your having the trouble with getting your Ego!!! :(

No brick and mortar. Been huffing a Blu (have 4 batts total) and a NLA because the refillable carts don't seem to work well with the Blu (go figure). I lurked here and then joined and ordered my Ego tank from an ECF supplier. I didn't realize just how long shipping from China would take! Damn, are they using a form of the Pony Express? I could not visualize what the tank system was, but it sounded good. Been reading how it sucks (after I ordered it!) and is outmoded. Now reading about the vivi mini novas, I see that the atomizer doesn't last very long! I feel like I am going to go bankrupt before I find something that is good and easy to use. I watch the PB vids, etc. I was just so new to all of this, I jumped before measuring the depth of the water!

I am not going to quit vaping--I love the juices and am glad to have the stinkies out of my life. I have never been able to quit before (tried EVERYTHING) and I have not smoked a stinky since the second day of vaping. Maybe I have information overload, or maybe I don't have enough info! Thanks all for listening.

Bullette's right, there are a few B&M in Florida. An online places. An xtra battery and charger and maybe fillered cartos might be good.

I ordered a whole xtra starter kit for backups soon after I got going.

Vivi Novas and attys are ok, maybe watch a few youtube videos on how to use them best?

Wow, folks post fast around these parts.

Give Butch a squeeze for me:) I have a chihuahua friend too his name is Chewy :)
I have been reading about muted flavors and all, since I'm new to this too I haven't had much to compare to but I must say going from my 808 auto cig to my kgo and vivi are like night and day! I like the flavor I get with them. I've been thinking of getting a carto tank to try out, but just spent all my money on juice :( so It will have to wait.

Thanks all! He is a chihuahua named BUTCH! What about the "muted" flavors I keep reading about?

All the clearos(vivi nova, kanger t3, etc) have "muted" flavor when compared to dripping and more advanced rebuildables.

Again, I encourage you to try a few things and decide for yourself what you like.

I am faily new myself but have tried a few different systems. I started on an Ego eRoll, then moved to an ego-t batt and ce4 clearos with much better taste than the eRoll, then moves to an Ego Twist batt with a Mini Nova and got even better taste. I have vaped from a Genesis atty and hands down prefer that over everything but that was a friends and I am a ways a way from getting into genesis' myself. For a fairly new vaper, the Novas and Mini Novas are excellent. I did win a few carto tanks from elctronicstix at a recent vape meet so I am hoping to give them a try soon. Anyway, my suggestions as a professional newbie is to give the Nova a good try. I think you will like it!

Genesis are blown up to be so much more difficult than they actually are. Its not like Excalibur and only "the chosen ones" can do it. Took me a couple of hours to get perfect, and once the first hump is passed it takes 3 mins to rebuild.

I encourage every newbie to go for Genesis attys as soon as possible. The sooner you do, the more money you save from not buying mid-tier gears. Just a fact.
