I am loving my V2

I have had this mod for about a month now and I just love it ...I have had no problems (once I got it put together right). I have dropped thing on a concrete floor at work several times and it is still working like a champ. Thanks Puresmoker!

I like hearing these positive responses. I don't want to dis our community but we do have a lot of nitpicky/overreacting people who seem to want to put everything down.

EDIT - just to clarify something here, by "our community" I don't mean this subforum, or ecf, just the vapers out there that seem to always want to bash everything that isn't absolutely perfect. I think people need to realize this thing we all love is still an infant compared to nearly all our other consumer goods.

I couldn't believe it when I tried my V2, vaping tastes better and a bit different than the V1 and in a great way! I thought my V1 was the best, but the V2 is a better vaping experience for me, hands down.

So of course I had to order another one.

I do like my V1 better than my V2. Old Switch works better to me than the new ones do.
I like the feel of the V1 tube although its a little bigger around. But the V2 looks nicer.
I wish they would keep making the V1 too..

I second that doots. I've been blissfully vaping away on my V1 with the new 5 volt mech. switch. Never had any problem with the old tact switches on the V1, but the mech switch is NICE!!!! Fires perfectly everytime and hits harder than the old tact switch with the resistor. My 3.7/6 volt mech switch is coming in the mail from PS.

The one big difference for me between the V1 and V2 is the 501 adapter PS uses now. The old V1 had a 510 adapter that had slots cut into it. The new V2 510 adapter is just shorter with no slots leaving the 510 atty holes exposed. The draw on the V2 is a lot lighter, but not in a way I like. The draw on the V1 510 adapter is perfect.

Hopefully, more V1's make their way onto the classifieds. Personally, I'd take a second V1 over two V2's anyday.

That V2 sure is pretty though.

The only problem I have with my V2 are the looks at work I get when I use it....I work in at a county jail. Other officers say it looks like a crack pipe. But they sure do like the idea of vaping instead of smoking. I have a few coworkers that will soon be ordering one. I just had to share that. It took me a while to vape with it at work. I usually bring along my KR808. But I love it so much I have a hard time not taking it with me.

I have the V1 - Protege and the newest V2. Love them all.

I never really ran the V1 at 5v and still don't.

The V2 was a little bit of a learning curve for me with the cartomizers but I now love it.
Actually contemplating picking up another.
