uhhhhggg! My charger just died. I hope this last set of batteries last for awhile. Not sure what I'm gonna do without my Prodigy <cries>!

Word of caution for careless people like me ..the other morning I was in a hurry to get off to work threw my V2 in my backpack..somehow on the trip to work my duty gear press the button on the V2...I am guessing it was on for about 10 min. I got into work and smelled this horible burn plastic..I opened my bag and there it was a very melted 510 attie cart. Popped on a new one and good to go. I was very sad about the one that died ....it worked better..I think the one I have now is an off brand ...trying to save money..gotta get an order in for some Joye 510 atties. Live and learn I guess. Oh on a good note the batteries still lasted me all day!

That's exactly what I think is happening.
I ran the V2 all day yesterday....sweet!! anyway came home and went back to the Protege, hard to draw on it. Boiled it, let it set overnight, put it on the Protege this morning hard to draw.
Then I played with it a bit and fried it, won't go into detail but I should have just put it back on the V2 and went from there. I may have got another week out of it.
So now I have 1 New atty on the Protege and 1 New atty on the V2.
This will be done from here on out.
Oh yeah, just ordered 15 atty's from PS, nice discount Steve very nice!!

That's going to be my game plan too. For now, thanks to Steve's excellent bulk discount, I have plenty of attys to play with.
