So I just took the application notes of the LM338t IC , gave it a solid state switch and stuck a voltmeter module in it, what I ended up with was a very bulky vaporizer.

I don't have the words for how awesome that is! Miniaturize it later if you want, but huge functional prototyping is a time-honored tradition!
My aim is to write a guide on it, the next step is that I'm going to take the standard charger, gut it and put jumpers on it so you could also have your self a variable positive voltage supply.
One issue I have with it getting smaller is that the heat that is generated by the ICs would be a big issue if I don't plan on heatsinking them. I'll have to make an extra thermal cut out, no need for a micro controller.

Added Tardis blue lights.
Gave it a charge opition switch.
Gave it a light switch for the lights.
Made it into a Portable variable power supply.
Used a spring to keep the door closed.

The nipple clips and spring door are quite the added features, but will it trap mice?

My biggest fear with this thing is I actually want to show people how to go ahead and make one of their own but I don't think the original intent of the device would be understood and forgotten of. So I'm still thinking of way that in the event of a misuse it renders its self useless in the hands of someone with aims to take it to an evil level.
