I burst into tears today!!!

Been having a pretty crappy week....got a really bad toothache yesterday and been trying to get into to see the dentist but was having problems with my insurance and I have no money to pay up front until payday on friday.
Called credit card company and is maxed out so can't pay by credit.

Got pretty angry dealing with the insurance company and docs receptionists who don't know what they are talking about. Tooth still hurting and won't be able to see the dentist until wednesday.

Went to the bedroom and the dog pooed on the floor and peed on some clean clothes that fell of the table.

Checked my email and saw that my order from V4L will be delivered today and was so happy I burst into tears, got some ground cloves for my tooth, cleaned up the poo, put the clothes in the washer, kissed the dog and will sit waiting patiently on the step for the mail.

For sure you're going to be happy when the mailman delivers! That's an awful long wait to see the dentist - hope you bought a BIX box of cloves. Dogs don't like to go outside either when it's cold, so lots of kisses for pupsydoo. Hope your week gets better. OMG!!!! Thanks All!!! Can't believe how much of a difference you all have made for me today!!
I forgot that I ordered some juice from Gourmet Vapors that came today too and guess what..........they sent it in bubblewrap.
So right now I'm sitting here vaping away, bursting the bubblewrap, amazed that my tooth has settled down, with the BigBaby sittin' at my feet farting up a cloud, I thank my lucky stars that I found e-cigs, and this forum. You guys are the best!!!!!!!

My friend had a toothache and she used ground up cloves as well. It worked fine for awhile, but when it wore off the ground clove just irritated the nerve even more! Red Cross is a miracle worker for toothaches. It's clove oil, so it doesn't leave anything behind to irritate the tooth later. I used it when I broke a tooth and couldn't afford to go to the dentist right away.

It's good that you got your stuff in the mail, though. I just placed an order at MadVapes, so now I'm playing the waiting game. Sometimes the anticipation of getting something in the mail is better than actually getting it!
