Worst customer experience ever! How should I proceed?

So I was just looking in the Negative reviews forum and I noticed there have been threads deleted because they're Canadian vendors... I'd not seen this the last time I looked there. There is absolutely nothing in the rules of the forum about not allowing negative reviews about Canadian vendors so why are these thread being deleted? Anyone?

+1 on this.

Whats the deal? Are we allowing companies to get away with bad business practice?

A public staff complaint = discussion publicly in the forum by a member about ecf staff decisions/actions, which are clearly stated in the rules members may not.

I don't know what you all are going on about..... there is no issue, there is no censorship, there is no agenda ! I suggest you carry on with your life and stop creating drama for nothing. If a rule is broken, it is dealt with accordingly and not open to discussion. Nobody outside of the staff and those involved know, or need to know, the circumstance. It's the way forums work.... end of story.

Negative Vendor reviews ARE allowed..... in the proper sub forum that was created for them ! Did anybody actually read my earlier post HERE ?

Their is no conspiracy here, so stop reading into things what doesn't exist, and rather... enjoy the calm and organized atmosphere that is being created here for you.

Hey everyone, Just wanted to give you all the end results of my struggle. Sorry if things got a little off topic here, hope I haven't opened a can of worms!

So the vendor finally agreed to a store credit for the value of all items returned. I really wanted a full refund but rather than wait another week or 5 to get THAT figured out I'll take what I can get and be done with this ordeal. I am unsure about naming the vendor here especially because they came through in the end even if it took exponentially longer than it should have.

They apologized profusely for taking so long but they did that *every* time they got back to me a week later so I can't say how sincere they were. IF I have further problems with what I have ordered (mostly carto's and flavor base) I'll call it a loss. I still plan to never deal with them again personally.

I want to thank everyone who tried to help me out and ESPECIALLY the vendors who contacted me directly to ensure they were not the ones chipping away at my sanity and patience. Those awesome vendors were Canvapes and MLV. It really helped me to calm down a bit knowing some vendors care enough to stick their necks out after reading such a horror story.

And what's a "public staff complaint"? I don't know what that means. :oops:
If you have a problem with a moderator, you take it in private. You do not wash your dirty laundry with a moderator in public, that is the rules. You choose to air your laundry in public, they send you to the corner to cool off. You persist and you are "moved on" forever in most cases. To some this seems draconian etc... it allows for discussion without a lot of unneeded and associated garbage.

I am glad things have come to a resolve.

Glad to hear that you've received a response from the vendor Freaknugget.

As this thread has become derailed from the original topic, I am now closing it, and I hope that Freaknugget will follow up with their dealings in the appropriate chosen sub-forum.

For those wishing to continue airing the matter of ECF Forum moderator/admin decisions, I suggest you read the RULES and take up any issue with the Forum Manager should you disagree with the decisions being made.
