So I was just looking in the Negative reviews forum and I noticed there have been threads deleted because they're Canadian vendors... I'd not seen this the last time I looked there. There is absolutely nothing in the rules of the forum about not allowing negative reviews about Canadian vendors so why are these thread being deleted? Anyone?

If you have a problem with a moderator, you take it in private. You do not wash your dirty laundry with a moderator in public, that is the rules. You choose to air your laundry in public, they send you to the corner to cool off. You persist and you are "moved on" forever in most cases. To some this seems draconian etc... it allows for discussion without a lot of unneeded and associated garbage.And what's a "public staff complaint"? I don't know what that means.![]()

So the vendor finally agreed to a store credit for the value of all items returned. I really wanted a full refund but rather than wait another week or 5 to get THAT figured out I'll take what I can get and be done with this ordeal. I am unsure about naming the vendor here especially because they came through in the end even if it took exponentially longer than it should have.
They apologized profusely for taking so long but they did that *every* time they got back to me a week later so I can't say how sincere they were. IF I have further problems with what I have ordered (mostly carto's and flavor base) I'll call it a loss. I still plan to never deal with them again personally.
I want to thank everyone who tried to help me out and ESPECIALLY the vendors who contacted me directly to ensure they were not the ones chipping away at my sanity and patience. Those awesome vendors were Canvapes and MLV. It really helped me to calm down a bit knowing some vendors care enough to stick their necks out after reading such a horror story.
