the coil im quite sure, when I pulled out the wick I saw a dark/Brown little peace on the of the wick.

I don't think it's as much the coil as it is the wick and juice. The problem I believe to be, is the juice is very thick, and causing poor wicking. I can wick 20/80 pg/vg with peaches and cream, but I can't chain vape. I have to give a primer puff or two after about every 3 drags. Now 50/50, I can chain vape the tank empty and be just fine. Again this is using peaches and cream cotton yarn in a 5/64 ID coil.

Oh.... If I recall correctly, those particular batteries are rewrapped LG's, and are not 35 amp.... They are 20 amp continuous (which will be fine in your box mods, I believe they have a 10a draw)

Not all Efest are LG reqwraps, probably a very small percentage. The 3200 mAH Efest purple is the best all purpose battery out there I have run it side by side the LG and the panny, as well as others. It has an unbelievable power length. Its good for 20A continuous but that's extreme sub ohming. Most of us vape under 10A. And these purple batteries just keep going for hours as that level. I wish they were the only batteries I own.

I still haven't and probably never will find an application where I need more than 10A continuous like a sony, its no wonder they are considering dropping it.

Just got done rebuilding my kayfun.. First pick, 28 gauge kanthal, 10 wraps nano coil, heated with torch and tweezers, then placed back on the rod (I use a nail for the kayfun builds) to mount. Notice the slight angle of the coil.... That's intentional for wicking

From what I've heard they aren't dropping the vtc line. They just don't really like is vapers using them :p. They are really designed for making battery packs

I believe Sony ONLY wants these cells to be used in packs, and is trying to prevent them being sold as individual batteries.

How do you get the wire to stay under the screw head when securing, I've built about 2 dozen of these and still have trouble which leads to hot spots/twisting.
