whenever i try to buy the sb or anything for that matter, after i hit buy it goes to a blank page and i cant purchase anyting, i tried in chrome and explorer browser.???

how do i purchase a sb for the love of god,lol

Typically this is due to an issue with the browser with HTTPS:// you can add the site to a trusted website in your browser. Typically Firefox wins in this situation. Other issues:

-Java isn't enabled
-Cookies aren't being saved

They might have "turned off" the website while they moved locations (they're done moving now) and forgot to turn it back on? Or Rob just broke the website. Use the "leave us a message" thing if they're offline for the chat help that pops up on the site. That sends an email to Rob and he usually answers those in short order.
