Ah - I forgot about this thread.

I've been running...haven't been keeping close track, but I'm down to about a 29 minute 5K. PUSH PUSH PUSH.

7 days a week, alternating running with weight training.

If anybody is looking for a great free workout - this is what I've used for the past 4 years or so. Follow the plan, and it works - if this was a different kind of forum, I would post proof. ;p

I'm going to mix up my routine soon as well. I got some cold weather running gear for my birthday, but I'm quickly finding out that my lunch time runs are going to be harder and harder to do as the weather picks up.. The wind on the river is no joke.

My big thing with running, is that I don't have to drive to a gym after work lol. When 5 o'clock hits, I'm done. THat's what killed it last time..it's way to easy to bust a right turn and go home on my way to the gym after a crap day.
