OK learning how to vape right does have a learning curve, I still get inconsistant hits, I dont like anny issues and having to deal with the batteries but compared to cig butts, ashes, and mostly oder and second hand smoke this is a major upgrade. I love my nic and am experiencing the learning curve of switching to ecigs but when i get them working right they are sooooo much better than analogs.

it took me a long time to quite analogs using the e-cig. I have had a crazy summer and I picked up the habit once again. I am dumping analogs this weekend and going to my trusty 901 and 510 until mu VP2 shows up. It takes time and dedication to quite completely so just make sure you don't get down on yourself if you have a slip up.

Hi, Brewster,

What e-cig are you using? Somebody here will have some tips for you.

I was getting inconsistant hits too, and it was getting worse so I started playing with cart mods. Switching the poly fiber that comes in a cartridge with a piece of this foam detailed in the newbie FAQ sticky under "Eheim filterpad mod", question #11.

Fixed all my complaints. I'm using a single piece of foam, cut to look like a tooth. Good vapor on every draw, and won't retain as much juice. I was starting to worry a little because I had started smoking more analogs while trying to find an easy mod that worked. I was thinking that maybe I had messed up my atomizers but with the foam they work like new, give it a try.

Well I am smoking the DSE910, my vendor is Vaporkings, I dont know anything about mods so I guess I need to look up the topic of cart mods, heck I dont even know what a "sticky" is but I will figure it out, really I only found out about these things a week ago and just got mine a couple of days ago, so far it is a love hate relationship but still better than analogs

I can't post a link because I'm still a newb, but the FAQ (sticky thread) is at the top of the newbie forum, there is a link to the mod I suggest under question #11. It really has been the solution I needed to make the 510 work well.

If you read down the thread, the foam material can be used on different e-cig models. The type of foam to use seems to depend on the size of the cartridge.
