Not sure if I ordered my juice the wrong way or if Tasty Vapor made the mistake. I thought if I wanted a mix to be 24mg with 10% VG that's how I would order it. But when it came it was 36mg and 10% VG. Does the 10% VG change it from 24 to 36? I ordered 3 bottles the same way and they were all 36 when I got them. Guess I can live with it this time but I just want to make sure I understand how to order it for the next time. So can someone please educate me on this? Thanks!

I was just wondering if you were still analog free? I remember you because you smoked 5-6 packs a day, and last I heard hadn`t had one in 48 hours. They probably thought you really needed the 36mg! J/K

zbasspro, yes I'm happy to say I'm still drug free! lol

Well my dealing with tasty-vapor didn't turn out too good. They say it was my mistake and can't/won't do anything about it. I have to admit I can't prove that It wasn't my fault, but I sure can't see how I could go to three different web pages and make the same mistake on all three pages. But he went out of his way to drive that point home and make sure that I knew it was my fault.

Oh well, I do make mistakes but even if it was my fault I still think something could have been done about it. But I could tell making me happy was not what he was worried about, it all came down to who was going to get stuck with 3 little bottles of liquid and he knew he had the upper hand and that's all he cared about.

I had never ordered from them before and was only testing the water with a small order and I'm glad now I did it that way. I know a lot of you deal with them and no doubt think they are a good if not a great company to do business with and I truly hope you never have a problem with them. But for me it's over, customer service is very important to me and it's not until you have a problem do you find out how there CS is and I can see it's not all that good.

But anyway, enough of this crap. I think it's going on 2 weeks now, (I've lost track of the days) that I started on e-cigs and I'm doing really good. I've been smoke free for more then a week and still can't figure out how that's possible. lol

Mr. Chucker sir, for future reference this is the supplier I buy juice from. Smoke Juice
Guy's name is Chris. I've only had to talk to him once and he bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond what I was asking. If customer service is important to you, you can't do better than Myfreedomsmokes.

My two favorite vendors (only two I've dealt with, but they're both awesome) are Welcome to MadVapes LLC, and FreedomSmokeUSA. Both have helped me fix my own order screwups, and both have great records of CS. They also have super fast, and cheap shipping. I refuse to order from someone who makes profit on shipping.

Great attitude WoodChucker. Had a bad experience, made your point, then moved on.

I'm glad I read this thread because I was going to place an order w/ TV (never ordered from them b4)...now I'm going to have think about it.

Isn't it amazing how success sorta sneaks up on you and just seems to happen w/ ecigs. Congratulations! I'm not quite there yet, but I'm having a heck of a lot of fun on my way there!

Log into Tasty Vapor and go to "My Account" and "My Account Details." You can view your orders and see what you actually ordered.

The amount of PG and VG has nothing to do with the strength. 24 milligrams per liter in a 300 milliliter bottle (1 ounce) requires a specific amount of nicotine. The leftover room in the bottle is then filled with flavoring, more PG and/or VG, depending on what you ordered.

Ok, I don't have a dog in this fight in either direction. That said.....far too many people refuse to take absolute responsibility to hold themselves accountable for mistakes. By that I mean, Woodchucker admits that he may have made a mistake in ordering but he also believes that TV people should "eat his mistake." The people are in business. If you caught the mistake before it shipped; perhaps the story might have ended differently. However, you didn't catch it until the eliquid had been made to order; order processed; order shipped; order received. You need to realize that time, effort and $$$ was expended by the business owner, that you paid for, YES! But you got what you asked for....now it's his fault that you made a mistake therefore he should correct your mistake? HMMMM!

Woodcucker also said that he was made to feel as if the supplier (whom he didn't name) didn't care about his satisfaction. You are correct that the supplier in question is running a business but part of that business is dealing with the customers. You can make it clear that a custom order is final and non refundable without being an ... about it. I've been treated this way by a supplier and I post about it every chance I get. It's not always about money. Sometimes it's about common courtesy and making a customer feel valued.
I'm with Woodchucker. I would say to hell with them. Too many other fish in the sea. I'm movin' on.

Edit: Sorry, I went back and re-read the OPs thread and he DID name Tasty Vapor.
That in no way changes my position however.
I have no dog in this fight either. I've never done business with them and don't know anything about how they usually deal with customers but I've been treated badly by a "highly respected forum supplier" before and I know what it feels like.
My position stands.
