Edit: Sorry, I went back and re-read the OPs thread and he DID name Tasty Vapor.
That in no way changes my position however.
I have no dog in this fight either. I've never done business with them and don't know anything about how they usually deal with customers but I've been treated badly by a "highly respected forum supplier" before and I know what it feels like.
My position stands.
If WoodChucker made the mistake, why should TV give him more e-liquid?

e-liquid is basically a food product. Once it has left their hands, they can't take it back and sell it to someone else. Aside from the fact that TV custom makes each bottle, that is contrary to every rule of food prep and handling.

Geoff can be abrupt (and, at times, downright rude.) But he also has very fair business practices in place. He stands behind his product and, if the mistake were his, he would rectify it.

Poeia, I totally understand the policy of not replacing the product. No question. I never said they should but if you are abrupt or rude you sure as heck ain't gettin' MY business. That was my point. Like I said, I've never dealt with them personally but I've been treated the way Woodchucker described by another supplier and I know how he feels. If a supplier has a problem dealing with the public then they should find someone to do it for them or people who don't like being treated like that will go elsewhere. You don't have to cave in to every customer but if you can't be diplomatic with people then you're going to hurt your own business. simple as that.
