That in no way changes my position however.
I have no dog in this fight either. I've never done business with them and don't know anything about how they usually deal with customers but I've been treated badly by a "highly respected forum supplier" before and I know what it feels like.
My position stands.
e-liquid is basically a food product. Once it has left their hands, they can't take it back and sell it to someone else. Aside from the fact that TV custom makes each bottle, that is contrary to every rule of food prep and handling.
Geoff can be abrupt (and, at times, downright rude.) But he also has very fair business practices in place. He stands behind his product and, if the mistake were his, he would rectify it.
