I have a maxi roughstack on the way from Madvapes and some 18650 batteries from Dealextreme. I'm just looking for good battery life at 3.7 volts. I've tried LR atties and they burn too hot for me so I'm not very interested in higher voltage. The maxi roughstack will do 6 volts with different batteries, but I didn't order them.
I have heard a lot of people talk about loving the roughstack. I am with you there on the LR's I don't want things getting to hot.
All in all I think its just going to take us awhile to decide on higher volt mods. We are just getting started with all this and have decided to probably wait awhile before we jump into a bigger mod. I think we want to get most of the flavors down and 510 parts and pieces that we need, plus a good supply of juice on hand. I do know that my partner is drooling over the pics of the GLV3, but it will be awhile before it comes out.
I agree with El Dee and Texas T. IkenVapes Mega 808 cartos are awesome. I also like their 510 V2 gold cartos. I use a syringe to fill the mega cartos and either a syring or dropper for the 510 V2 cartos.
Yeah I have a couple of syringes added to our juice order as we currently have some regular 510 cartos that we haven't used yet. (I tried a different method being a total newb and well we just won't go there.) lol
Now I am just totally wondering what to do because we are in love with the GLV2's and want a couple. Those would probably retire our eGos, so now even ordering the Mega stuff may be a waste. I hate having to make so many decisions and being so new to stuff. *sigh*

Thank You. I created an account on the boards over there but I still run over here lol I shall start posting over there more as well.
I use the eGo Mega Cartomizers when I'm out and about. Good vapor, good taste, and they last a long time. However, for me, being out and about and carrying a syringe is not a good idea. I do not use a syringe to fill these.
Here's what I do: pull the fresh eGo Mega Carto out of the plastic, remove the top and bottom condom caps and screw in on a eGo battery. Take a bent paper clip and pop out the top giblet from the mouth piece and save. Then remove the second giblet with the two holes and throw it away. Drip 4 drops in the right half of the chamber, then four drops in the left. Replace the first giblet. Puff on it untill the vapor drops off. And lastly, use your paper clip to pop the top and add 4 drops to each side.
Now, granted you are not getting the 2ml's in there as advertised but the vapor, flavor, and throat hit are good. And gosh, darnit, I like the idea of not having to deal with a syringe. More importantly, because I usually put my eGo in my front shirt pocket and this method almost never leaks; I don't ever have to explain to others that I'm not lactating ever again.
So, when I'm out and about, I carry an eGo with a Mega Cartomizer in my front shirt pocket and a paper clip and small bottle of juice in my pants pocket. I originally discovered this method on a UK forum. Take care and have a Merry Christmas.
