So glad I found this forum, but now I feel stupid. I ordered a V2 kit (still held in customs) and then a week later some cartridges - which will no doubt be held up. So now I have all this money laid out, no product and a full credit card - idiot! SHould have come here first. Once I get enough posts up, I'm going to get PM'd for a list of Canadian suppliers.

Hang in there. There's a ton of people on the Canadian sub-forum that can help you. You can still read that even with low post count.

It was V2...they didn't mention anything, and then when I called them, they said most things make it through. When I called customs, they said the shipment would definitely be going back.

The majority of things do make it through customs, I've never had an order not arrive but it is a bit of a gamble :/
Next time you'll be better off to order everything from within Canada that way you don't have to stress!

Welcome AJ. Sorry you have had this hassle. Will V2 refund your money for the purchases when they are returned? The wait for supplies is a killer, but hopefully you won't be out too much money. Since I have absolutely no patience, I feel for you.
AJ, "Posts" are really just replies. 2 more replies in this thread and you are ready go after the standard 1 hour wait for things to shake out on here.

thanks denali....I have learned so much in just a few hours...it will save me money in the long run i'm sure.
They have a 30 day return policy on the kits, but i may be out the money on the carts. Put my order in Dec 30th...still nothing! I really want to vape, so it's killing me...
If the package never made it, and the carts were never opened you should get a full refund. That's hardly the same thing as you receiving them and trying to send them back. Don't know if you will or not, just saying you should.
Hope you find a setup soon.
