Recently, I've been waking up in the mornings feeling like I was at a bar where people were smoking all night and the ventilation was horrible. Feels raw I guess you could say. Could it be heat related? I vape at .25-.6 depending on what I'm in the mood for. It goes away once I get going with my day. I'm going to dust my entire house from top to bottom to rule that out. Does anyone else have this issue? I vape 6mg nic, not sure VG/PG ratio I use rocket fuel vape juices and uncle junks juices.

I have that on drippers if my pg is too high. I vape 50/50 in a dripper.

Rocket fuel is 70/30. I vape that brand in cartotanks with no issues.

It very well may be PG because I've almost finished a rocket pop 30ml bottle in a week. There's probably 5ml left in it and I bought it last Tuesday, it's just so delicious.

PG very well could be it. Try ordering some liquid online that is a 30/70 PG/VG ratio for dripping. That is what I order when I order online; and what I drip 75% of the time. Otherwise usually juices I get in store are 35/65 or 40/60. Sometimes, though not often, I get into 50/50.

30mL is not that much liquid to go through in a week, if it were 30/70. Though I could see if it were the opposite, your throat hit being that much greater and thus explaining the raw feeling.

Also not ruling out the heat thing as I said before, because I was feeling the same way when it was in the 90's here over the past couple weeks.

Actually I meant heat from sub ohming, not outdoor heat. Throat feels fine it's more of sore lung feeling in the mornings after I wake up. It actually happend just a while ago on the count of on I took a nap at 8pm and woke up at midnight with that slight soreness feeling on the posterior lung region of my middle back.

Happens to me with high PG ratios too. I went to 80%VG and never looked back.

Chipotle.
As others have posted, this is likely due to the PG concentration. Happens to me if I use anything over 60PG for an entire day, I first noticed it the day after I bought a bottle of 70PG/30VG Banana nut bread juice and went through 4-5ml of it in a day. I switched to primarily 70VG or more juices and I have yet to experience it again. Tons of fantastic tasting juices out there in high VG concentrations, personally I've been just destroying Charlie Noble lately(Charlie Noble E-Liquid Trading Company) most of their juice is over 30PG/70VG and is VERY flavorful out of a dripper, I've been through dozens of bottles of their juice recently.

I get this when I vape juice that has nic in it. I cut out nic in my juice a while ago, but I still have a couple of flavors that only come in 6mg/ml of nic. Those generally have more PG and between that and the nic they have some throat hit. If I chain vape them all day I've found that I have a scratchy throat the next day. My solution was to cut the juices with something else. I have an RY4 that's very peppery, for lack of a better word and while the flavor is great, it just scratches the heck out of my throat. I had a little bit left one day and mixed it with a butterscotch that I found just way too sweet and voila!! New flavor! It's still a bit scratch for my tastes, but so much smoother now.

Anyway, that was my solution. Hope this helps.

Vaping is generally know to dry your throat to begin with. Certain juices will make it worse of course. I'd have to say that the heat is certainly a factor. Most (if not all) of us have experienced what you are talking about.

Keep in mind also that the seasons are changing (allergies and cooler weather=sinus drainage at night) which will not help matters.
