Ok I am a couple weeks into vaping and I have been sucked in (good thing IMO) because I'm totally off analogs now after 20+ years. However, I really feel like I want a bigger battery bigger taste bigger everything haha. For real.. is there such a "perfect" vape? I love my little starter kit of Joye 510 mega but now I want more. Like way more.. and I've been reading, learning, comparing etc. I was even considering getting the silver bullet until I read "for experience vapers only". 2 weeks experienced? prob not LOL. So ..here is what I need to know.. When your a nooby what should you graduate to after the 510?

Jenni, I started with a 510 and within a couple of weeks I was ready for more as well. The 510 was perfect for showing me that this was the way to go, but as a 1.5 pad smoker I needed something stronger. I got a GLV Mini which was perfect for me, so I don't think you can ever make the move to soon. Once you realize that the current device isn't enough then it is time to start doing your homework. A little over 3 months in and now I have my 2nd Mod on order, a Phidias.

I went 510 auto to 808 manual to Riva 901 to 808 auto,
I use them all but after a month of wanting more, bigger, better, I'm vaping a little less (I actually exhale occassionally now rather than just inhale constantly,,,,hahahaha) and now I'm really in love with my 808 auto, Simple and easy to use and carry around...battery lasts without losing power and becoming weaker with each puff...lots of vapor...great taste...good throat hit....cartos are cheap and really easy to fill,
Everyone is different, You just have to find what satisfies you, It isn't always the biggest, best, latest, and most expensive,

I would suggest getting a 5 volt Passthrough and wall adapter from MadVapes. It's a $25 way to see if you like vaping at higher voltages. I've come to love my lil passthrough and only use my Rivas when I'm out and not near an electrical outlet. The vapor and flavor is wonderful on that thing! I have to take a 2 second drag on the passthrough to equal a 6 second drag on my Riva:)

Good luck and keep on vaping!

I think for people wanting to step it up a bit, a couple low resistance atomizers and a drip tip are worth a try.

Ultimately you'd need a bigger battery but a 650 mah one will get you started.

Get a LR306 (uses same size everything as a 510) or get a LR 510. Avidvaper.com has a little set -- two atomizers plus a nice drip tip for 20 bucks.

You may NEVER go back and that's a pretty cheap way to find out if you like bigger, warmer drags. Good stuff!!

I had eyed the ego but didn't look like it could cut it now. I think I would sell that one as quick as I purchased. ProVari looks like a "Omg I need that"!! I'm a no-nonsense kind of girl and really do not to want to keep upgrading.

I'm a no-nonsense kind of guy and after getting my Buzz, upgrade is no longer of any concern. I can vape now without a single bell or whistle and it doesn't look like a stupid cigarette either, and no need to graduate to something beyond a 510. Adapters allow anything. :thumb:
