Tripple digits half way to home
Everyone has those kind of days. Well the last few have taken there toll on me. Yea I fell off my plan. NO I DIDN'T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!
I just had to take a step back and look forward again. Sorry just this is the only place I can vent where people really and truly understand. I won't beat myself up over it, it's a part of life. We learn and we continue. I WILL CONTINUE. A few setbacks will not make me stop trying. (heck if they did i would have been dead a long time ago). For those who stopped the analogs the first day, I tip my hat to you. For those who struggle with addictions; Then I'm with you. (I don't expect a reply or answer to this thread cause I just needed to say it). Thank you again ECF. This place is my sanity. Trying to help others helps me with this. Excuse this post but I needed to vent a bit.

Not thinking about any of it to be truthful. I just know "I let myself down and no one can fix that but me" Life draws air.I it sucks) but we only got two choices. Live or die. I choose the first one personally.

tnt, fourthrok summed it up nicely: "It's cool".

PLEASE don't beat yourself up - especially when there is no shortage of people who will do that for us.

With the right hardware, and the right juice, vaping IMO is more enjoyable than smoking, so just indulge yourself in the finest of both, and vape, vape, vape. Sometimes a beginner will ask me how often they should vape, and my usual response is "Vape your face off". No faces have fallen off yet, but every one of them has finally left ciggies behind them. (Well, except for one, and he's hell-bent on killing himself because he think's he's unworthy, but that's another issue).

I often tell people who feel like smoking a cigarette to go ahead and smoke one; just also continue to vape, and take note of which one is more enjoyable. Most people that I know tend to do the more enjoyable and not the less enjoyable, so as I say, just make sure that your vape is better than your smoke, and you'll do fine in the long run.

Pay little heed to these little bumps in the road, and be kind to yourself. You deserve your own forgiveness, and it's a darn handy state of affairs that there's nothing stopping us from doing so.

Vape on and "peace out"; there's no way your going to fail. Not with this in your signature line, and in your heart: "If I stumble and fall, I will get back up. I will never ever give up!"

Here, crank this up! :

Cheers!

I have just decided that if there is a Golden Rule of Vaping, this is exactly it.
When you're setup and juice become better than smoking, going back to smoking makes no sense.

The majority of our post here are to answer questions about vaping. Sometimes we enjoy some simple fun banter back and forth between us :D But the most important thing we do is support each other on our good days and on our bad ones. The only really important thing tnt56 is that you got back up and you are looking forward :) (((hugs)))

Well thought I had part of it figured out. My Baby was at work so I took her mom down to the local B/M shop. I promise that's the last time I ever do that again. Told her all about the great people there, informed her of all that she could do, etc, etc. Finally got her in the tasting room. She took one, only one draw from a test sample and started to b$%^h. The kind person,(I wish I could say his and her names but won't because don't want to break any rules here) finally found a banana nut bread that she liked. I'm thinking Bingo got it.
Had her try a couple of other flavors and she started to cry about how she couldn't inhale. All three of us explained that she didn't have to. She just don't get it. Bless them both. They gave us a 650mah ego test battery and a 7ml bottle of the juice she liked, trying to help. We got home and I finally told her that it was all a gift from them and she didn't give a poop. First thing she does is start the crying, and other crap she does to get attention. Oh well at least I tried.

Tnt.... all you can do is try. You can lead a horse to water and all that stuff. Relax and vape your face off. The only way you fail is if you stay down. It took me 4 months of not smoking, slipping back to full on smoking for 3 months, and then another 3 months vaping and smoking to get it right. It was a year long process to get to where I am today.

tnt56: I agree completely with JENerationX. You can show the way, but you can't make someone follow it. Also, I think I told you this before, but I'm another one of those that was not an "instant" ex-smoker. It took me 6 months of back and forth before finally giving up the cigs. You are on the right path - and feel free to vent at any time!

I have been away for a month, and have just returned to ECF. Yours was the first posting I have read. Thank you for writing this - I feel what you have written, and I am also not giving up! It is members like yourself who reveal the true human traits we all share in one way or another - thank you for sharing your grace and honesty; it helps me a great deal.

Cheers and Happy Vaping!:thumbs::thumbs:
