Can't say I'd recommend cleaning with peroxide. High proof alcohol (Vodka!) or just hot water flush is all I'd recommend. Let it dry COMPLETELY before using. I think this is what might cause problems with cleaning as it will take some time to dry completely.

Few tips I learned with the smileo's, keep the condoms that come with them, and put on the battery end when filling, best filling with a syringe to make sure you get the filler good and wet.

How I clean them, is flush out with hot water, then let soak in vodka for 24 hours, then I rewash out, spin out as much water as possible, then put in a warm place for around 3 days, during summer, I put cleaned wet ones in my car, gets toasty in there and can dry them within 24 hours.

100% agree with Wader sir. Cleaning with peroxide can have some drawbacks, high abv alcohol is the best choice.

Not dumb at all..
I just put one on an ego and it fit so I am guessing yes!

Mcol, it just sounds a little dangerous is all. I am sure that rinsing it well will work. I am just nervous about such things.
I only clean my cartos with almost boiling water.
