I found this website with amazing stuff, but...

Unfortunately the sizes are not workable for us,

Does anyone know of a place that does the same but is smaller size?

All these seem to be 2 inches OD (diameter), and we need something around 1/2 to 1 inch, they have caps, reducers, converters and they even come with pre-drilled switch holes and everything is aluminum and very nice finish. :hubba:

Those are nice, what about just lining them with PVC that is the right size for the battery you need? Looks like thats what Shreck did in my MVM.

A 2 1/2 inch handle is a bit too much for a PV lol, it's not that the batteries won't work.

It would be almost like holding a baseball bat from the wide end only shorter. :p

How about we mod your scary gun into a PV Robert?, it will have a better use for sure. ;)

Whats wrong with a baseball bat- fits every thing. 3.7 bat/ 6 volt bat/ resistor/ usb charger for either bat/ switch/ extra attys/ bottles of juice. Carry it like a billy club lol

OK, but we'll need a resistor. My scarry gun is actually a 9.6 Volt Awesome Toy used for an awesome game known as Airsoft. CA M15A4 SPC ABS [AR027M] - $359.99 : Airsoft Extreme, The premier American retailer of replica toy airsoft guns.
I do plan on mounting my PV to the tac rail in the next big game. I can take a drag without moving from behind my sights. Here is some footage of a game I was in about 3 years ago. YouTube - Airsoft @ Lakeside: Chapter 3

I tell you, life is funny... I am a lightsaber junkie, from well before I heard of PVs. I just built my first mod, a flashlight with Warp's modular connectors and a direct USB power cable. The night before this thread was posted I was actually talking to my wife about sabers. She said my mod looked like a little saber, so I mused "maybe I should turn my homemade saber hilt (made with a sink tube, shower head, gas cap and cutouts) into a PV?" She shook her head and walked out.

So now my mind is pumping: I have a Force FX saber (Mace Windu hilt, with a green Lux 3 LED using the conversion kit from customsabershop.com, if anyone's interested). Now I'm thinking, why not wire in a panel mount RCA jack on the side for my atty? Simply leech off the main battery system with an on/off switch and an appropriate resistor... And an RCA jack wouldn't look bad on a saber either! Now to get it done in time for Halloween! (Yes, I have a full Jedi costume, I am a geek after all!)

Interesting thing, even after the crazy timing of this post, being the day after my wife and I were talking about mixing PVs and sabers... The day after this post I actually got an email from Tim at customsabershop.com about a new product. I haven't got an email from him in at least a year. Weird...

Robert - Definitely will!

Warp - Unfortunately, no. Sabers are a rather expensive hobby, dare I say even more than vaping! It would be amazingly awesome to create a mod using their parts on a smaller scale. I think Tim at CSS machines his own parts, has anyone contacted him to see if he could make some parts smaller?

Tryp

EDIT: I ask as I don't want to annoy the guy if someone has already tried... if not, I can contact him and see if he would be willing to make some parts for our community...?

Nah, I'm looking for something ready made, if not I would just rather ask the guys here that machine parts for PV's.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Since I know nothing about sabers, I was hoping some would make smaller scaled ones. I now know they don't, so I'm off to surf again for stuff to mod. (like I didn't already have enough):lol:

Most of the ones I looked said they were a little less than 1.5" OD. Also, take a look at the extensions. They may not have the pre-drilled hole, but it seems like you could use the endcaps on them just the same and they're much shorter. I've looked at that site before though, and some of the stuff is pretty cool.
