Tripple digits half way to home
Was checking my order status from EC Blends yesterday. Showed out for delivery. Happy day. Got home, no mail. Wait 30 min, no mail. Continue waiting watching the front yard. 1 hour, 1 and a half hours. I'm going crazy. Where is he. Mother in law is brought home by the sitter. Still no mail. I don't have enough RY4 to last the week. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhh. Finally give up and go out and check one more time. Package is in the mail box. I never saw him drive by. So now I got a ninja mailperson. LOL. That reminds me I got to send ECB a email that the bottle of RY4 they sent had a leaking cap on it and I couldn't read the label. Thankful they had it in a seperate bag.

oh man! I had the same prob with ECB.. except, mine dumped out in my bag.. all over my charger cable and batts and other juices... here's what they emailed me:

Hello !

We are sorry to hear you have experienced a problem with a leaky bottle.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have had several complaints from our last shipment and have notified the manufacturer, who is working to replace our cap molds. We should have those in shortly.

In the meantime, we have identified the problem, which is happening about 1 in 2,000 bottles, and our quality control specialists are inspecting each cap carefully before sending out.

Overall, we think the new caps and dropper inserts are easier and cleaner for dispensing e-liquid without having to resort to a needle cap, so we want to keep this new design for your benefit.

Please be assured we will get this issue resolved and our quality control department will be very diligent in checking every bottle.

We have credited your account for 2.75 and hope this is satisfactory.

Thank you and Best Regards,
ECBlend

I seem to never have the same mailman twice. Apparently the route I'm on is a non-bid route so it goes to whoever happens to be leaning against the wall at the time. This past Sat. I happened to look out the window at the mailbox and saw a large envelope lying at the base of the mailbox post. I was waiting on some mesh from the UK, but wasn't expecting it to arrive until the following week. For some reason it made it through customs quickly and was delivered in a matter of a week.... amazing. What really burned me up was since the envelope could not be bent or folded, the carrier rather than bringing it to the door, just dropped it on the ground and put the flag up on my mailbox. Had I not looked out when I did, that envelope would have blown down the street to who knows where. It was just sheer luck I looked out when I did.
Sent a note to USPS complaining, but per usual, rec'd no response. I found the manner of delivery to be shoddy and lazy. It's only 25 feet from the mailbox to my front door. Talk about a lazy carrier. I'm not sure how to solve this problem for when I order more mesh, but I'll have to do something. Maybe a nice note and some cookies in the mailbox will help? Who knows.......LOL

Forget da notes! March your self up to the local Post Master and relate your issue to him/her. There is NO excuse for what your mail carrier did; more correctly, didn't do! Also ask for a copy of the corrective action paperwork to be delivered to you.

My mail lady texts me when she has my packages if I let her know I have vapemail coming, and she'll bag them if it's raining/snowing. Of course, I bribe her with Dove ice cream bars in the summer and hot cocoa and those little chemical hand warmers in the winter.

It pays to know the people who take care of you.

Sent from my DROID Razr Maxx

My mail person is very good about ringing the door bell. Now UPS and Fedex they drop it and run. Unless I have to sign I never know when they get here unless I am lucky enough to hear the truck. One time i got a WS TV it was showed delivered. But it sat out there and some a??wipe stole it. I got a refund but I told them someone should have had to sign for it.

Good point, Iffy..... I am going to do what you suggest. I tried calling the local sort center and of course, no one answered the phone. So, I Googled the location and am going to go there on Mon. I've considered a larger mailbox, but since we are renters and considering moving back up north very soon, I did not want to go to the expense of buying the landlord a new box.
Generally I never have this type of problem. First time it's happened, but one time is too many. I want to make sure that carrier gets a talking to and by getting a copy of the paperwork as you suggested will be very good proof.
This is a little off topic, but I used to be a dispatcher for a contract hauler for USPS and had to take a tour of a sorting center in MI where I lived at the time as part of my training. I was shocked at all the mail on the floor (mainly envelopes). Since that tour, I only use boxes to send mail, even a letter. I know it sounds crazy, but the larger the package, the less chance of losing it I realized.
Thanks very much for the suggestion........
