Done right is just what you stated.

What course of action would we need? A miracle and nothing less. Would involve a complete 180 in our thinking as a socitey. Something like putting the greater good of the people over making an extra million on top of the 100 million, to increase the share price half a percent of some BP company, with the full support of our government. Sad eh?

done right by reclassifying e-cigs as a tobacco product, sold it in stores and taxed the crap out of it.

I guess it is this point that confuses me, if it is a medical device, BP takes over and earns all the money, if its classified as a tobacco product, we would pay double in taxes, is there any other option, maybe as a health food product, lol. I understand that if was legal then your costs as a supplier would go down as production went up, but then the government has to get their greedy fingers in on it and all of the savings that could be passed on to the consumer are lost?

NO other options. either one would be better then it is now. BT or BP has to make money off it for hc to make it legal

I think it would be well worth it if those jerks made wads of money off of it, because with a fairly short period of time, we can easily reduce the strength of nicotine in the juice till we are 0 nic or close, and dilute it ourselves...while still satisfying the hand-to-mouth, and even throat hit. Mind you, I guess they are aware of that, and can't stand it. This is one of those grey area battlegrounds that we REALLY need to make a stand in!

I think HC chose this time because our clamoring cannot hope to meet that of the political posturing that all of the parties are making now, pre election. After all, how can our cause get more attention than whose cabinet minister dated a 22 year old, or who didn't allow teenagers into a rally? I mean, that's some important stuff!!!! Those crafty beaurocrats know their stuff...
