I got better flavour and vapour from Kayfun v4 than Subtank Mini .. what may cause that ?

Hello,

I am running the kayfun V4 at 16 watts on 0.8 ohm coil with japenese cotton and 26g kanthal D and the Subtank mini is at 19 watts using the pre-made rba coil at 0.5 ohm which is spaced a bit again with japanese cotton. Both using the same juice and I am getting better vapour as it seems and better flavour from the kayfun which shouldn't be like that, right? Could it probably caused because I used thin and probably less cotton into the Subtank mini ? What may cause this and what to try to change on the build to be better ?

I am using the tobeco clone, not the authentic one. So, overall is it normal to be identical or a bit better the Kayfun V4 over the Subtank mini ????.. My thoughts that the Subtank mini should be significantly better are wrong because both are almost identical or sometimes Kayfun V4 even better ... with few words --> is that normal ?

I am asking this because I thought my Subtank mini build sucks but probably it's not that .. let me know please ...

A loose nut behind the subtank mini... check for that and get back to us here!

Kayfun's are flavor machines so it's no surprise you are getting better flavor with that. Also, the premade coils on the subtank are meant to be run at 25-40W if I remember correctly.

I am using the rba coil at 0.5 ohm, not the OCC one.

Also, that means its normal that my Kayfun v4 tobeco clone is identical or a bit better in terms of flavour and possibly vapour production than the Subtank Mini .. I mean its not any significant difference between both and its normal ... so its not my build to be messed up on the Subtank Mini .. is that correct ?

your coil looks fine. How many watts are you putting to this build? I vape that same build at 23-24w, and I feel that you really need to send it at least 20w to get the most from it.

around 19-20 watts, so its normal overall that both my Kayfun V4 and Subtank Mini performs identical or sometimes even Kayfun V4 better in flavour and vapour mostly ?? Is that normal or its because of my build ?

No, that's not normal at all, the Kayfun should perform MUCH better... It's gotta be your build...

Thats what I am saying .. the Kayfun is performing better than the Subtank Mini and I thought its the opposite. So, thats normal ?

But I use the Kayfun V4 tobeco clone. So, you still mean that both produce good flavour and there isnt any significant difference, that's normal ?
