I still think ecigs are much safer than regular cigs, and a couple months ago I got a joye510, this one came with a 24mg marlboro flavor. I had also ordered some 9mg marlboro flavor from a different vender.
Not knowing the effect it could have on me, I started with the 24mg one first, and it was a good feeling, I could get used to this. About a day later, I was getting a racing heartbeat and a feeling I didn't want to go to sleep. I didn't like this, so I quit doing it for a few days.
I then started with the 9mg marlbone nicotine strength. That same day I was getting the racing heartbeat again, so I haven't done them since. That was a couple months ago, I've been smoking marlboro lights during this time, but I'm gonna try the ecigs again, and I've ordered a couple flavors of 0mg nicotine juices, I'm just going to use that and if I have a craving, light up a marlboro.
I went with the 0mg because I read on this forum it may have been a reaction to too much nicotine. I also read it may be a reaction to the juice, and switching to a vegetable glycerin liquid will help that.
So my questions are:
What are some vendors that have good vegetable glycerin based liquid? (I've found propylene glycol, and ethylene glycol based, but not vegetable)?
How safe is vegetable glycerin based liquids, as opposed to propylene or ethylene glycol? And is this commonly used liquid?
