I had to buy it. The blue Provari that was on clearance. I strolled over to the Provape website and the lavender Provari was gone. They sold it while I wasn't looking and it was a great price. I should have pulled the trigger.

I ran outside to the garage. "Honey Bunny, I must have the blue Provari. I simply must. It's $150." He starts laughing and says "So buy it."

It will look great sitting next to my silver Provari.

Now I'll have to order a nice tank for it that compliments its lovely blue color.

I drop mine every day at least once so no glass drip tips for this girl but those are beautiful. I see a few that could go with the blue Provari. I also want a Phiniac so bad but they are so tight on the carto. My friend has one and she couldn't get the carto slid down the 1st time she went to fill it. She brought it up to my house and I used a pair of pliers to get it out but it was hard. That's the only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger on the dragonfly one.

So these Phiniac tanks. I've been looking at them. Nice!

My question is, do you have to punch holes in the Boge cartomizer, and buy the hole puncher? If so, where do you punch the holes?

I don't know but I will find out once I get the Phiniac. It will take several days before it ships, I think.

I bought other pre-punched cartos to use with it.

Cartomizers can be purchased either with or without pre-punched holes. There are a variety of carto punch tools that one can use at home to punch holes in their cartos. The pre-punched carto's that can be purchased from vendors can be of two types, with laser-drilled holes or tool-punched carto's/

I prefer using the laser-drilled holes in the middle pic above. I find that the tool-punched cartos, like in the 3rd pic, become deformed oval, not round, making their passage through the round endcap of a tank difficult at times, and putting unneccesary stress on the little rubber o-rings in the endcaps, which are what keeps a tank from leaking juice.

Lizzie! Didn't I tell you to go get that purple one the other day? :) well the blue is going to look awesome I'm sure! The Phiniac tanks are great but they are out of ss end caps the end caps are large and its alot of black .. Would look better with ss end caps. Btw they sell a great little tank tool that is awesome help filling your tank plus it helps a lot with putting your cartos in.. Will save your o rings. I bought their tank tool kit ( was on sale) the tank tool is awesome like I said but the carto puncher is junk. It punches easy enough but you can't hear when it punctures it ( you're supposed to hold it to your ear and hear the pop) so very easy to punch too deep. ( I've freakin ruined 10'carts already) giving up punching them myself for now till I get a better carto puncher so I ordered 25 Ikenvape prepunched cartos. I hope my pink mini doesn't come before the cartos do. How exciting! You are getting a blue brother to go with your satin silver and I'm getting a pink sister ! We shall dress them all up and meet at the ball! ( I mean post pics soon) :)

Boge is a brand name of carto by the way. Smoktech, Kanger, and Ikenvape are other brand names. A cartomizer used solo (without a tank) can last a few days to up to a couple of weeks, depending upon the juice used.

In a tank, they tend to last longer because being bathed in e-liquid keeps the polyfill inside them moist. Again, expected lifetime depends upon the juice use, but when the flavor starts tasting off or the draw becoming stiff, its time to change the carto for a new one.

Also, cartos come in two lengths. Standard (35mm) or XL (45mm). Tanks lengths are chosen according to the cartos used, or vice versa (standard length tank or XL length tank). They must match each other in length.

With my darker juices, I can squeeze a couple weeks out of a single carto. I have had cartos last almost 6 weeks with some of my clear juices. My only expenses at this point are cartos and juice. If you decide you like carto tanking, keep a close eye on the CO-OP section. Boge carto CO-OP's pop up all the time. I ordered 50 in the last CO-OP at around $0.50 each. When I run low, I order the laser drilled boges from ElectronicStix.com. They have a single large (2.5mm) hole and they work perfectly.
