There's nothing as therapeutic and healthy as a good laugh C. (well there might be and I shouldn't make health claims ...).
You're welcome, Kate! They write great songs and I'm a sucker for anyone that plays acoustic instruments and harmonizes as much as they do. What can I say? I love music.
That said, I agree with you about laughter, and I believe there is medical proof that just acting like you're laughing releases chemicals in the brain (endorphins, I believe but don't hold me to it), that calm us. And I'd much rather laugh than cry.
But I'm a hot-tempered Eye-Talian and once that beast gets out, it's hard to put her back into her cage, even tho I should know better than to allow her to get lured out by trolls.
Ah well!
