I actually love my mailman and DHL drivers lol.

Before I even started vaping we always had a lot of deliveries as we are PC hardware junkies lol. They always wait for me in case I am downstairs and if I am not at home they will often leave the package in the spot I have asked them to leave it anyway

Im a Courier for one of the big 3. I cant speak for DHL but typically we leave the packages at the front door unless its a COD, or sig required. Usually I just drop it at the door and knock. I see no reason why he wouldnt leave it, unless you are in an apartment. In the future, a note might help things.

I owed $25 in brokerage fee's and was required to sign, This driver was different then yesterdays, he knocked clearly and was very polite, a real professional, we need more like him.

So- What I learned about international shipping from China
-Paying a hefty shipping fee for fast courier service is a complete waste of money, my regular air mail order cost around 5 bucks for shipping and arrived first without any brokerage fee's.
-The chances of getting your order in under 7 days are slim to none no matter what shipping you use.
-*Don't order nic juice from over seas because it has a chance of being seized, and costs close to local prices after all is said and done.
-From my pre-filled carts I learned- I like Winston flavor and Flu cured tobacco E-juice. Tobacco general juice tastes like burning diaper plastic, Strawberry juice tastes like stale artificial topping, and Parliments are generally unpleasant.
-The E9's are actually not bad, after reading some negative reviews I expected some disappointment but everything is working perfectly and vapor production/battery life is far greater than my 510 starter kit with stock carto's (but not my Ego or Boge they rule).
-Mods for E9's are generally non-existent.

-E9 deluxe kit with 6 bottles of 10ml juice(Cherry cigar, pepsi, whiskey, beer, state express, pall mall, 20 benson and hedge carto's, all 18mg, this one got held up with clearance delays but manged to sneak though, mon/tue arrival, stalking required (the large E9 orders are due to the intent to share with father in law and help him quit smoking)
-30ml of Canadian rich juice 25mg (Local) tue' arrival, mailbox delivery
-x5 10ml bottles of- Flu-cured, Mocha, Whiskey, Cappuccino and Du Mauier 18mg juice (Local) tue' arrival, mailbox delivery

You really gotta stop ordering juice or cartos from outside of Canada...It's a bit of a crap shoot, but having Health Canada seize your stuff is a very real possibility. Ordering my first e-cig kit (E9s as well), and having it seized by HC, was actually how I found out about ECF...
