Friend of mine tonight confirmed she wants to buy my original starter kit off of me! Every time she sees me vape I've let her take a tote so she can see just how much tastier vaping is than smoking and apparently she's decided to start for reals.

My starter came with the cruddy eGo "tanks" (which are a joke at best), so I'm going to order a handful of clearos for her. And some small bottles so I can split off some of my juice for her to try. And since I'm going to be ordering those in (and getting cash from her) I may as well order some extra juice, perhaps an MT3, maybe another drip tip...

You know. To save on shipping.

Nice! I think the clearos are a good idea for the Egos. Ego batts are fine, but I'm not a fan of the tank cartridge system, which is too fiddly and quirky, especially for a beginner.

I have exactly one convert. He bought a Provari on my recommendation and I promised to buy it from him if he didn't end up liking it. But about a week later he bought a 2nd Provari for backup, so I don't expect he'll be selling it to me anytime soon.

Seriously, the eGo "tanks" are the most unusable thing I've run across in my short vaping history. I had my original kit less than 4 hours and I tossed the "tanks" aside for dripping.

I think 2 clearos and 2-3 juices will be plenty for her to start with (on top of the 2 batteries and charger, of course).

Congratulations! An awesome feeling helping someone you care about :)

Basically the same set-up I did for my boss eGo's with Clearo's, have to go with easy and reliable for someone just starting...

The second best thing about converts (first being they quit smoking) is you have someone to pawn off your old "starter" equipment on, you know (didn't want to end with a dangling participle but the proper structure is too fussy).

Funny :) Don't think you have to worry much about sentence structure around here, if that were the case I'd been barred form posting, ummm, too?

Nuttin' like having v-verts! It's kinda like being a beach life guard and saving a life without gettin' wet!
