Well, I finally bit the bullet and decided to see what the hub-bub was all about. I sampled pretty much everything from Nicoticket, and I have a pretty serious problem with Betelgeuse...
IT'S ALL GONE!
You see, I was dripping it a few days ago and oh boy, did I like it. I put it back to steep a little longer and moved on to other things. Then, well, another kayfun magically showed up and I took notice that it was feeling a bit lonely and empty-like. I decided to see how the 'Geuse played in the kayfun. Well, I found out that was a mistake...what was left of the 15ml was gone in less than two days. I've been sitting here vaping on a spent piece of cotton for at least two hours now...it's the best tasting dried up cotton I've ever had the pleasure of vaping! It's got to come to an end at some point...I'm thinking I may take out the cotton and tape it under my nose for the next few days.
In all seriousness, I take the hype around here with a grain of salt. More than one vendor that was "raved about" here has let me down, so I've learned to be less-than-enthused when I get my new samples in. I'm not exceptionally picky or anything, it's just that some things don't rub me the right way. But, I figured a practical clean sweep in the Best of ECF couldn't be wrong. And they weren't. At all.
I'm afraid to put the H1N1 in my Kayfuns...albeit I have 30ml, but it's starting to bloom now and I'm concerned with the recent Betelgeuse situation. I rocked CLS and CB in the dripper last night, omnomnomnom! Those are gonna go quick once they hit full maturity...and you can forget about letting the girlyfriend taste any! ANY! Gravity was good, but the 'Geuse just overshadowed it so completely it hasn't gotten much attention. The GCD was the only one I was less-than-impressed with...but I'm going to give it more time before I reach that conclusion. It was good, maybe just not my thing.
