So after a while of vaping a vision vivi ova tank with replaceable head I have been soooo frustrated. I know you have been too! The darn thing gets 'clogged' all the time! The draw is too tight, the coil burns bc of restricted airflow and is very harsh. It has been awful. If you own a vivi nova tank, you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. So. After months of rebuilding heads, taking apart these tanks, staring at them, treating it like the thinnest porcelain, searching post after post.....
I HAVE FIGURED OUT ALL ISSUES REGARDING THE VIVI NOVA tanks!
so take apart and clean your tank, rubber bushing from the top of the coil the cap and the drip tip with running hot water. Dry it out I do in front of a fan to speed up drying process. Leave the atomizer out of the tank. Look into the tank down the center tube. There is a post. This post touches the base of your atomizer head to complete connection. When you screw in the atomizer, it touches this post. This post is your issue! It is constricting your air flow. Now, this tank is not as fragile as it acts when on your mod. It seems like every time it falls over or bumped around a little bit it worsens. It's not fragile. Take a screw driver or something with a blunt tip that can fit into the center tube and SLOWLY push this post down. On the under side if the tank in the threads of the adapter is the other end of the post. Put pressure n this when you are pushing the post in sp it doesn't push down to quick/ hard. This will open the airflow! With use and time, this pot gets used in It pushes p against your atomizer and blocks the airflow causing a clogged feel. Now the post has to be touching the atomizer so when you slowly slowly screw the tank back into your mod with the atomizer on, it will gently gently rest the pot back on the underside of the atomizer and complete connection.
If this is not the best wording, just use my advice as a guide, and you'll figure it out on your own.
